Research On The Status-quo And Development Countermeasure Of Yueyang City's Community Sports Culture

With the rapid development of China's comprehensive national strength and the great changes and development of social and economic culture,people's ideology and lifestyle have also undergone great changes.With the deepening of the national fitness program,it is urgent to make mass sports deeper,more friendly and more popular.Construction of sports culture in urban community is an important content of contemporary urban modernization,it is also the important component of the urban sports development,therefore,building positive urban community sports culture plays an essential role in building a harmonious community,strengthen community residents of belonging and happiness of human relationships,enhance community civilization.This paper studies the present situation of community sports culture construction in yueyang city.In view of yueyang city are put forward according to the existing problems in the construction of community sports culture improvement countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to better promote the development and prosperity of yueyang city community sports culture,and to that of the yueyang economic coordinated development of society and culture,the author here hope to provide a certain reference value to other community cultural construction.Based on all above,on the basis of extensive literature data and in-depth research,the integrated use of literature,questionnaire,interview method,logic analysis and other research methods,and the systematically analysis of the present situation of physical culture,system culture,behavior culture and spiritual culture of urban community in yueyang city,the author reached the following main conclusions:From the perspective of community sports material culture: They have built fitness path,equipped with sports fitness equipment;However,the shortage is that their facilities and equipment are in a single type of configuration.Most of the residents of the community believe that the facilities are generally complete;Facilities damage and unattended maintenance are more common;The environmental sanitation situation of community physical exercise and the community training atmosphere is still possible in general,especially in the green environment.From the aspect of community sports behavior culture: The population of community sports has begun to take shape,the age distribution of participation in community sports culture construction with the development of the equalization,participate in the present population rise,sports culture has rich content,community sports cultural activities,the location equipment simple and interesting sports is still the majority of community residents preferred;Running is the most popular item.But lack of organization and management and guide the community sports cultural activities,the vast majority of the community sports exercise frequency and time is not fixed,the majority of community residents to participate in the sports activities in the unorganized state.Most people prefer to be alone or with friends.The management department has not been sufficiently publicized in the community sports culture.From the system of community sports culture ways: most of the community are not laying special about the rules and regulations of the construction of sports culture and development planning,the community sports facilities and equipment are also lack of personnel management,basically in a state of no inspection,maintenance;Money for the construction of community sports culture,the construction of sports facilities and equipment of capital source mainly rely on government funding,investment real estate developers or corporate sponsorship,not form a stable source of funding system,lack of long-term mechanism.From the aspect of community sports spirit culture: the consciousness of community residents to participate in physical exercise to strengthen gradually,the relevant departments of the propaganda gradually increase and the value orientation of residents to participate in sports gradually widened,encourage its development on good track gradually;However,the community sports culture has not formed a unified sports spirit and lacks cohesion.The sports purposes of the community residents are not completely consistent with the actual sports participation.The overall awareness of community residents' participation in sports is not stable enough.The sports function and the national fitness program are familiar.Community belonging,happiness has not fully radiated residents.In view of the problems existing in the construction of urban community sports culture,the author puts forward the improvement strategies and Suggestions: 1.To alleviate the shortage of facilities and meet the needs of residents;2.Increase capital input and guarantee the source of funds;3.Improve the sports environment and protect the rights and interests of residents;4.Strengthen the training of sports instructors and provide scientific and effective guidance;5.Actively organizing sports culture activities and enriching residents' sports and cultural life;6.Improve relevant laws and regulations and improve the corresponding mechanism system;7.Strengthen the implementation of the system and maintain the harmony and stability of the community;8.Strengthen the publicity of sports culture knowledge and promote the development of community sports spirit and culture.
