In order to develop the country,the level of education must be improved.In order to improve the level of education,teachers must be valued.The national ministry of education and the ministry of finance,in order to implement the spirit of the 18 th CPC national congress,proposed that the team construction of teachers should be and the professional quality of teachers should be improved.Since the National Training Program in 2010,With the continuous advancement of education reform in our country,the importance of teachers' professional development attracts more and more attention.Under this background,the teacher training of "National Training Program" is getting more and more attention,which was put forward in order to improve the professional development level of junior school teachers.Teaching ability is the important factor of a teacher's professional development.To a great extent,it is even beyond the personal level of teachers,which is a problem when improving education and teaching quality,and is also the main factor to achieve quality-oriented education.Among many middle school curriculums,PE(physical education)is the foundation of learning other courses,so the importance of the teaching ability of PE teachers should not be ignored.Therefore,it is necessary to train the teaching ability of national folk PE teachers in junior school.The author participated in "National Training Program" and collected a large amount of data about the national folk sports,thereby learning the status quo of national folk sports teaching ability training in "National Taining Program".this paper studies the training situation of students of "National Training Program" in Jishou University.Combined with the observation and visit towards these students during the training,the paper finds out the achievement and drawback of "National Training Program" in Jishou University,and can provide theoretical and practical reference for further improving the teaching ability training of national folk sports in Jishou University.Through the methods such as literature search,questionnaire survey,field investigation,interviews,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,etc.,this paper studies the training situation of students of "National Training Program" in Jishou University.The results indicate that:1,Jishou University,"National Training Program" culture training students' ability of folk sports teaching present situation mainly from the basic situation of students,curriculum training content,training methods,training teachers,training management,training characteristics and training effectiveness is analyzed.There are more male students than female students in the training,mainly in the middle and young teachers,the majority in the structure of educational structure,more than 10 years of teaching age,and the third and second level of professional titles.Training content is mainly from the professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability and so on teaching,mainly adopts expert lectures,case discussion,view combined practice,group discussion,and participatory experience training.2,Jishou University,engage and select folk sports well-known experts in the college of physical education,such as invited national countries culture experts,professor,institute of education science research staff,as well as the national folk sports teaching of primary and secondary schools to carry out good for students,such as first-line teachers teachers to give lectures.The training is mainly from class construction,student life and course learning.To take the leadership and lead the training;To train students' needs and develop training programs;Highlight national characteristics and emphasize on improving teaching ability;Focusing on the national training topic,carefully equipped with teachers;Diversified training forms to improve practical ability;Make full use of the network platform and extend the training time and content to highlight the training features.During the training,most of the students gained new knowledge,increased their knowledge and made friends.Through training,the students to develop the vision,learn a new technology,update the teaching concept,improve the national folk sports ability,promote the scientific research ability,at the same time and the students exchanges between the teaching methods and experience.3,Training the deficiencies mainly reflects in: part of the participation in training students lack of strict selection,training curriculum needs to be further optimized,the training time set unreasonable,training the teachers remains to be further strengthen,training management needs to be further promoted.4,To increase publicity efforts and improve the awareness of "National Training Program" of trainees;Aiming at the training target,standardize the selection of trainees;Optimize the training program according to the needs of trainees;Arrange the training time according to the students' working characteristics;According to the training plan,carefully select the training teachers;Establish training guarantee system,improve training management and other strategies.
