With the deepening of quality education,people are more and more aware that the improvement of the quality of education can not be separated from the professional development of teachers.Based on this background,more and more people pay more attention to the construction of teachers' teachers' ranks in post-service education,especially in rural areas.In recent years,the academic circles have carried out a lot of analysis and discussion on the implementation significance,training mode and training status quo of the National Training Plan,and obtained a wealth of research results,but the results of the implementation of the National Training Project have been rarely studied.In this paper,the author personally participated in the "National Training Program" combined with the training period of the author to observe and interview students and collect and organize a large number of information about teacher training,based on the CIPP evaluation model of Hunan Province junior high school physical education teachers "discipline professional ability improvement" project training status,to examine the implementation of the project effect,in order to further optimize the Hunan Junior High School physical education teachers "discipline professional ability improvement" project training to provide theoretical and practical reference.Questionnaire survey and interview and mathematical statistics were adopted,this paper investigates and analyzes the implementation effect of the "discipline professional ability improvement" project training of Jishou University from the four dimensions of training scenario,training input,training process and training results,and finally puts forward some suggestions to improve the implementation effect of teacher training project.The results of the study show that:1,Hunan Province junior high school physical education teachers "subject professional ability improvement" program design is basically reasonable.Curriculum content is mainly focused on the two dimensions of "professional knowledge" and "professional ability",the training form is diversified,mainly using special lectures,case studies,research courses,participatory experience,follow-up practice and other ways,in the management of the establishment of a leading group,division of labor at all levels of cooperation,remarkable results,training teachers in strict accordance with the requirements of the formation of expert teams.Set training tasks scientifically according to the needs of the participants.2,Hunan Province junior high school physical education teachers "subject professional ability improvement" project training has obvious results.From the evaluation of the effect of the four dimensions,the training input dimension score is the lowest,the training process dimension score is the highest,but all exceed the theoretical average score,in the excellent level.From the perspective of the dimension of training results,the participating teachers generally raised the concept of physical education teaching,updated the teaching methods and means of physical education,and improved the design,organization and evaluation ability of physical education and health courses in junior high schools.From the analysis of group differences,male physical education teachers are better than female physical education teachers perceive training effect,middle-aged physical education teachers are better than young,old physical education teachers perceive training effect,physical education teachers with certain qualifications are better than those perceived by newly promoted and older physical education teachers,and higher-educated physical education teachers are better than low-educated physical education teachers perceive training results,providing theoretical reference for student selection.3,The impact factors of the implementation effect of the "Professional Competence improvement in discipline" project for junior high school physical education teachers in Hunan Province are: the influence of the training students' learning attitude,the influence of the training content,the influence of the training teachers,the influence of the training method,theinfluence of training management and training conditions.4,In view of the shortcomings in the trainingprocess,put forward the following promotion strategies: strengthen the "national training publicity" to stimulate teachers to participate in training motivation,scientific set up training content to meet the needs of teachers training,optimize training teachers,ensure the effectiveness of training experts,achieve flexible use of training methods,improve the quality of training,accurate management,to ensure the smooth implementation of the "national training plan",improve the "network training" platform construction,promote the formation of experts and training students to form a learning community;...
