The Influence Of Familiarity Of Shooting Athletes' Contest Rules On Contest Self-efficacy

Since the London Olympics in 2012,the international shooting program has undergone two major revisions.This makes it difficult for many shooters and coaches to adapt,and it also makes the international shooting competition regulations a key part of the shooting training again.According to bandura's self-efficacy theory,the degree of environmental familiarity has a positive effect on self-efficacy.The purpose of this study was that,in the international project shooting competition regulation under the background of continuous revise,analysis of the shooter familiarity with competition rules(that is,the competition environment information familiarity)to match the influence of self-efficacy,and further analysis of possible effect of different content classification rules familiarity.Research methods included: literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,and statistical analysis.It analyze and collates that change course and content of the international shoot competition procedure by literature data method.By the method of expert interview,the rules of marksmanship are divided into general rules and safety rules,clothing and gun rules,qualifying rules,and four parts of the final rule,and under the circumstances of the last two times,the shooting program has changed the circumstances.The self-efficacy questionnaire for the shooter was worked out based on the characteristics of the general self-efficacy scale and the competition features.A questionnaire survey was used to investigate 239 shooting athletes from seven provincial training centers in Shandong,Heilongjiang,Shanghai,Shaanxi,Hebei,Fujian and Jiangsu provinces.It was analyzed that effect of demographic variables and the degree of knowledge of the regular familiarization of shoot items in the self-efficacy of the shooter.Research:athletes of higher self-efficacy usually experience higher levels of higher performance and higher specific technical levels.Gender,age,and age is not statistically significant in the statistical sense of self-efficacy.the general rules and safety rules,clothing and firearms,qualifying rules,rules of the four aspects of the shooter game self-efficacy have the positive influence ofdifferent level.Among them,the general rules and safety rules have the lowest impact,but statistically significant.The degree of knowledge of the qualification rules is relatively low in the self-efficacy of the shooting competition,but it is statistically significant.The degree of understanding of the rules of costume and firearms and the final rules has a high impact on the self-efficacy of the shooting competition.the degree of uncertainty in the change of rules was determined.This indicates that the level of understanding of the new rules to be tested needs to be improved.This study draws:The familiarity of shooting athletes with shooting rules is conducive to the improvement of their self-efficacy.The higher the sportsman's skill level and the level of competition experience,the higher the level of self-efficacy.The more familiar the athletes are with the rules of the finals,the higher their self-efficacy.Therefore,in the shooting training can strengthen the "Shooting Competition Regulations" to increase the familiarity of the athletes in the competition environment and improve the game self-efficacy.Researchers suggest that more detailed shooting competition self-efficacy questionnaires can be developed in future studies and that more complex non-causality models be considered.
