Study On The Influence Of The Modification Of Shooting Rules On The Project Of Women's Air Rifle In Gansu Province

Competition rules are the basis of sports,but also the premise and guarantee of its smooth progress.The modification of shooting rules and the development of shooting sports are mutually reinforcing.On the one hand,the modification of rules shows the irritation and intensity of the competition,on the other hand,it reflects the athletes' technical ability and psychological ability to resist pressure and interference.And the modification of the rules will inevitably have a great impact on the development of the air rifle project,the training content,the training method and the competition.As we all know,the air rifle project has achieved excellent results in each Olympic Games,and the shooting movement is also the traditional advantage of our country.With the development of modern shooting movement,the requirement of precision is higher and higher,the competition is more intense,and the competition is more cruel,especially the air rifle project is especially prominent.Women's air rifle sports performance trend has been close to the full ring and approaching the limits of human body and technology,at any time in the arena will be a thousand miles away,so any individual or country to have a place on the podium must be deeply grasp and control the impact of the project.Therefore Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the revision of competition rules for women's air rifle project development is extremely important.In this study,the influence of the modification of shooting rules on the women's air rifle project in Gansu Province was studied.The subjects were coaches and athletes who participated in the 2013 and 2017 Gansu Provincial shooting Championships by means of literature method,expert interview method,case study method,questionnaire survey method Through studying and finding a series of changes in the training methods,training methods,training load and competition of the women's air rifle project after the revision of the rules,and analyzing the related changes,this paper probes into the development trend of the women's air rifle project,and draws the following conclusions:1.there are deficiencies in the interpretation of the rules,the training time of coaches,the training time of athletes,the investment of funds and the hardware facilitiesin various cities in Gansu Province,resulting in the uneven development of the shooting teams and uneven levels of development,it directly affects the training quality of women's air rifle.2.the revision of the final rules has a direct impact on the training methods and means of the preparation period and the adjustment period of the coaches,and the increase of the number of bullets and the shortening of the competition time of the qualification matches have an impact on the training load of the preparation period and the competition period of the coaches.3.in the qualification stage,the training center should not only strengthen the skill training but also pay attention to the physical fitness training;in the final stage,the training center should be shifted from "skill" to "psychology".To The athlete psychology bears the ability,the control ability,the self-adjustment ability request is higher.4.according to the determination of the weight of the index,it is concluded that the most important factors affecting the athletes' competitive ability are "the shortening of the qualifying time and the increase of the number of bullets" and "the increasing of the interfering factors in the final match","The final will be eliminated ".5.on the one hand,the requirement of changing the rules of equipment and equipment challenges the athletes' psychology and skills,on the other hand,it shows that the competition system is open,transparent,fair and just,making the women's air rifle event more competitive and enjoyable,it's a huge ratings boost.
