The Reemployment Preparation Of Shooting, Fencing, And Equestrianism Athletes Of Henan Province Studies

Sports is an important component in the cause of our party and state, thedevelopment of sports is the important embodiment of the government performingpublic service and social management functions. Sports is positive, fair, just,rule-based, solidarity, natural health and people-oriented business. While the athletesare the subjects of sports, also the practitioner of sports, in addition, they are theimportant force in the development of Chinese sports. The solve of re-employment ofretired athletes, not only in relation to the athlete’s own interests, but also related tothe healthy development of competitive sports and the cultivation of reserve athletes.Therefore, this paper takes Henan province shooting, fencing and equestrian athletesin service as the object, investigating and studying the puzzles and obstacles in there-employment of athletes, and analyzing and finding the effective way of solving there-employment of Henan shooting, fencing and equestrian athletes.This paper mainly use the methods of literature, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods, Combined withthe theory of employment, social security system, competitive sports system andemployment policy regulations and policies which our country to the retired athletes.From comprehensive and systematic analysis of a series reemployment problems ofshooting, fencing, and equestrianism athletes in Henan Province, the analysis resultsare as follows:ⅠMost of the athletes family income are not so good, and the preparation for there-employment is not enough.ⅡMost of shooting, fencing, and equestrianism athletes in Henan Province have lowcultural level, and the knowledge and skills are limited, in addition, theirpsychological preparation for re-employment is inadequate.Ⅲ Sports team don’t pay so much attention to the re-employment problems, andlacking the knowledge of employment guidance and counseling.Ⅳ Our country lack the employment security mechanism and policy support for there-employment of retired athletes. According to the problems of shooting, fencing, and equestrianism athletes inHenan Province, we can summarize the problems into five aspects in general,individual, family, society, policy and the environment, so the solving policies can besummarized from the following five aspects:ⅠIndividual, entering the university, strengthen the employment skills and furtherimprove the quality of the individual.ⅡFamily, they should do a good job in social relations and employment security.ⅢSociety, they should speed up the building of various sports occupation technicalschools (Colleges) so as to improve the comprehensive quality of athletes.ⅣPolicy, they should improve the athletes’ employment security system and policy.Ⅴ Environment, using various means to promote the athletes re-employment.
