Practical Research On The Organic Integration Between Innovative Entrepreneurship Education And Professional Education In Local Universities

In the 21 st century,innovation has become an inseparable part of our life.With the need of practice and the development of the times,our country and society attach great importance to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Local colleges and universities as the important part of higher education in China naturally carry out the implementation of the important mission to promote innovation-driven development strategy,to build an innovation-oriented country,to cultivate high-quality talents for local areas.However,some local colleges and universities ignore the cultivation of students’ practice ability and innovation ability in the process of education and teaching,as a result they can’t meet the students’ realistic demand of to growing up.Many local colleges and universities just consider the innovation entrepreneurship education as some practice activities,venture contests,etc.without integrating the innovation entrepreneurship education into personnel cultivating program,which causes the innovation entrepreneurship education and professional education to stand off each other and act in their own ways.Therefore,in the development of local colleges and universities,they face the urgent problem including combining innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education and making the resultant force to train the student to a higher quality,more sufficient employment and entrepreneurshipThrough a combination of theoretical research and practice research,the paper tries to clarify theoretically the relationships between innovation entrepreneurship education and professional education through the information collection and analysis of the case study.It also points out the existing morass and misunderstandings in the practice of entrepreneurship education,tries to find out the practice approach of realizing the deep integration between innovation entrepreneurship education and professional education,and provides some revelation for the transformation development of local colleges and universities.This paper can be mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research origins,the research questions,literature review,research ideas,research methods and basic concepts.The second part is the paper’s first chapter,which combed the relationship between innovation entrepreneurship education and professional education.In addition,it introduces the principle of the organic integration in detail.Ultimately,it dissects innovation entrepreneurship education and professional education under the vision of Marx education theory.The third part is the second chapter of the paper,which introduces the current situation and existing problems of the organic integration between innovation entrepreneurship education and professional education through the interviews and questionnaire result towards the case study’s teachers and students.The fourth part is the third chapter of the paper,which points out that it is necessary to make the following efforts in order to integrate professional education and innovation entrepreneurship education.First,the local colleges and universities make sure the scientific positioning between professional education and innovation entrepreneurship education,and make it transform from “acting in his own way" to " learning from others’ strong points to offset one’s weakness ",from "mutually exclusive" to "organic integration",from "simple addition " to "deep integration".Second,the local colleges and universities should determine the purpose of fusion to emphasize that the fusion is the inherent requirement of comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training and the external demand for cultivating the new force of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Third,the local colleges and universities ought to find out the means of integration,make the integration transform from relying on the course to relying on the daily educational life,fully implement the integration of the class and extracurricular activities,and adequately realize the integration of education resources on campus and off-campus practice field.Finally,the local colleges and universities have to optimize the curriculum management,improve the mechanism of curriculum evaluation,and provide the system guarantee to realize the organic integration between the professional education and innovation entrepreneurship education.
