A Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Education For Innovation And Entrepreneurship In Local Colleges And Universities Based On The Concept Of Student Development

In the report of 19 th CPC National Congress,President Xi Jinping made a major judgment on the direction of China's development,and put forward a clear positioning for the talent team,which requires the building of a large number of strategic scientific and technological talents,scientific and technological leaders,young scientific and technological talents and high-level innovation teams that are consistent with the building of an innovation-oriented country and are at the international level.However,as far as local colleges and universities are concerned,although they have carried out innovation and entrepreneurship education for many years,some students have achieved certain results in various competitions and scientific research.But for all students,there are a small number of students who can successfully become the main body of the behaviors through innovation and entrepreneurship education.At the same time,after many years of research on this issue in academia,it can be found that there is still some room to reach,for example,superficiality and consideration,so it is impossible to deeply analyze the origin of this problem.Therefore,the thesis will start with this research purpose,start from the source of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities based on philosophical research to make an in-depth analysis of the contradictions in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities,and then expound the difficulties in the process of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities.At the same time,it explores new modes and methods for local colleges and universities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new era by analyzing the main contradiction between the purpose and practice of local colleges and universities in carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship,as well as the minor contradictions such as individual status quo,educational symbol and motivation transmission.
