The teachers of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities are the groups engaged in Ideological and political education and the mission of cultivating the good ideological and moral qualities of college students.It is an indispensable part of the college teachers' team.The dual mission of teaching and educating people requires that the teachers of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities should not only pursue the ideal of results-"educate people,inspire people and encourage people",but also pay more attention to the harmony of the educational process-"respect for people,care for people and understand people".At present,many teachers in the ideological and political theory class are not accurate in their role,emphasizing "preaching" rather than "educating people",ignoring the needs and expectations of the students' affinity to teachers.Therefore,from the perspective of the current college students,this paper examines the shortcomings of the ideological and Political Theory Teachers' affinity,and analyzes the possible reasons for the corresponding countermeasures.This article is divided into four parts:Part one: introduction.The introduction part mainly introduces the origin of the topic and the theoretical and practical significance of the research.It also collate the literature at home and abroad for the previous research,and put forward the ideas and methods of research.The second part: a systematic overview of the related concepts.On the basis of the concept of affinity,the connotation and function effect of the affinity of Ideological and political theory class teachers are explained,and the elements of the affinity of Ideological and political theory teachers are analyzed from five aspects of knowledge literacy,ideological and moral quality,emotion,attitude and temperament,and teaching skills.The theoretical basis of this study is excavated from the theory of Marx doctrine,and the practical significance of the affinity promotion to teachers,students and colleges and universities is put forward.The third part: according to the questionnaire and interview data,it is concluded that the ideological and political theory course teachers are basically affinity,but lower than the students' expectations.It is mainly manifested in four aspects: the lack of full display of the theory of Marx,the lack of emotional display of the love of education,the lack of personality charm of teachers,and the lack of affinity in the course of classroom teaching.In addition to finding out the possible reasons for this problem,it is found that in addition to the characteristics of the ideological and political theory course itself and the predicament of College Teachers' affinity for teachers' affinity,it also includes the lack of understanding of the affinity,the inaccuracy of the role orientation,the lack of knowledge capacity and the lack of the social status and the students' thought and practice.Grasp,lack of opportunity to interact with students.The fourth part: improving the affinity of teachers in Ideological and political theory course.From the point of view of the University,it is necessary to establish an appraisal mechanism for the affinity of the teachers of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities to improve the main position of the college students in the evaluation mechanism.From the perspective of teachers,the teachers themselves set up the educational idea of "teaching and educating people" and "student based",so as to improve their knowledge and humanistic quality and strengthen their own knowledge and strengthen their own knowledge.It is an effective way to interact with students and pay attention to self shaping of personality charm.
