| In the urgent appeal of the artisan spirit reshaped today,all walks of life need to strengthen the cultivation of artisan spirit for the individual,artisan spirit is conducive to the value of life and the ideal of life,for the country,is the smooth realization of the prosperity of the country,an important spiritual pillar of the prosperous.As a cradle for cultivating skilled talents,vocational and technical colleges need to respond to the call of the state and build the spirit of craftsman into every student's mind that will soon enter the workplace,and strive to build them into the "great power craftsman" of the future of the motherland.Study on the artisan spirit of the scholars at home and abroad are mostly at the theoretical level,for little empirical research,so in order to fill this gap,based on the Changchun Vocational Institute of Technology made on-the-spot investigation,literature research method,historical research method,comparative research method and questionnaire method to analyze the artisan spirit background,expounds the connotation of "artisan spirit",further analyzes the formation of artisan spirit.According to Marx's theory of practice,Chinese Confucian thought and occupation-acrylic craftsman spirit as the theoretical basis of this paper,combining the theory and reality,show the value of the research.Through investigation and analysis,taking Changchun vocational and Technical College as an example,the present situation of craftsman spirit in Vocational and technical college is presented,and the reasons for the formation of the problem are analyzed from four angles,including student,school,family and employment system.Taking vocational technical colleges as the foothold,it puts forward effective measures from the contents,practical activities,methods,methods and environment of the craftsman spirit of the Vocational Technical Colleges and universities to lay a theoretical support for the smooth cultivation of the craftsman spirit. |
