The spirit of craftsmanship has become a consensus of the times and the whole people,and has been valued and promoted at the national level.Technical education is an important component of national education,shouldering the important mission of cultivating skilled,high-quality,and "craftsman spirit" talents for economic and social development.The "13th Five Year Plan" for artisan education clearly states that promoting and inheriting the "craftsman spirit" should become a distinctive feature of artisan education,and people place high expectations on it.Many technical colleges have also undergone reforms to varying degrees.From the current situation,the cultivation effect and practical development of the "craftsman spirit" in technical colleges and universities are still unsatisfactory.It is not uncommon for technical students in secondary schools to have a low sense of personal identity,a low sense of responsibility,weak willpower,and many bad behaviors.Why is there a significant gap between the cultivation effect of craftsmanship spirit in technical colleges and the expectation of carrying out craftsmanship spirit education? How on earth should we cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of technical secondary school students? This is a problem that needs to be seriously studied and solved in the current craftsman spirit education in technical colleges.Nurturing education should become an important concept for cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of secondary technical students.Technical secondary school students are a relatively special group,and the cultivation of their craftsmanship spirit not only requires students to correctly recognize the craftsmanship spirit,but also requires them to develop good behavior habits to practice the craftsmanship spirit.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among secondary technical students should run through the entire process of cultivating skilled talents in technical colleges.Various approaches can be taken,such as the cultivation of campus culture,the demonstration of teacher models,the learning and infiltration of classroom systems,the experience of internship and training,and the guidance of assessment and evaluation.Through a questionnaire survey of 1964 secondary technical students and interviews with 15 teachers from 7 public and 3 private technical schools in Guangdong Province,it is reflected that there are some problems in technical schools,such as the lack of prominent campus cultural characteristics of craftsmanship spirit,inadequate implementation of relevant education courses,low craftsmanship literacy of some teachers themselves,insufficient integration of craftsmanship spirit education and professional classroom teaching,and insufficient support for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit through internship and training The lack of evaluation system for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit.Embracing the belief of cultivating education and paying attention to the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among vocational students is the foundation of creating high-quality craftsmanship spirit education in vocational colleges.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among secondary technical students is also a process of fostering education.Firstly,it is necessary to build a campus culture that highlights the spirit of craftsmanship,allowing students to immerse themselves in it and receive edification;Secondly,it is necessary to improve the craftsmanship spiritual quality of the teaching team,and influence students through words and deeds;Thirdly,it is necessary to integrate craftsman spirit education into classroom teaching,so that students can receive systematic craftsman spirit education;Secondly,it is necessary to permeate the craftsmanship spirit in practical training,so that students can practice the craftsmanship spirit in their actions;Finally,guide and motivate students through scientific and reasonable evaluation methods to cultivate good craftsmanship habits.
