Research On The Training Methods Of Craftsman-type Talents In Technical College

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the shortage of craftsman talents has become one of the bottlenecks restricting China’s economic development.Technical education has long been an important part of China’s national education.Technical colleges have trained a large number of skilled talents for China,and the cultivation of craftsman talents will become an important topic for technical colleges to study and implement.Firstly,this thesis introduces the related concepts of technical colleges,craftsman talents and training methods of craftsman talents by means of literature research,and summarizes and analyzes the meaning of demand level theory,talent classification theory and constructivism theory,so as to lay the theoretical foundation of this thesis.Secondly,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis,this thesis studies the problems existing in the training mode of craftsman talents in China’s technical colleges,such as paying attention to the skill competition and ignoring the whole staff training,insufficient training of students’ craftsman spirit,lack of comprehensive skills in the teaching process of teachers,lack of sufficient practical links in the curriculum,low enterprise participation in the training process of students,And carry out cause analysis.Finally,this thesis draws lessons from the talent training experience of Germany and Japan,and proposes to cultivate craftsman talents by using competition resources to establish craftsman talent training studio and skill innovation interest class;Build the campus culture of "craftsman spirit",strengthen ideological and political education,strengthen professional teaching,strengthen practical teaching and consolidate daily management to strengthen the cultivation of students’ "craftsman spirit";Optimize the management system of "craftsman type" teachers by broadening the recruitment channels and formulating the training system and incentive mechanism of "craftsman type" teachers;Improve the curriculum management system of craftsman talents through the improvement of theoretical and practical courses and the innovation of professional training;This thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to innovate the school enterprise cooperation mode of cultivating craftsman talents by creating the school enterprise cooperation mutual benefit mode,deepening the level of school enterprise research and learning cooperation,and implementing the incentive mechanism of craftsman talents,so as to finally realize the cultivation of craftsman talents in technical colleges.
