A Study Of College Students' Resistance Of Student Cadres

In this study,the resistance behavior of ordinary students was studied.Through the interview to understand the student cadre's resistance behavior in the student group,summarize the student's resistance behavior and refine the reasons for the resistance behavior.Analyze the meaning of the behavior.It begins with the generation of student cadres and their responsibilities.The expansion of the network of relationships at the beginning of college and the maintenance of interpersonal relationship are the factors that influence student cadres.The various departments of the student union have different responsibilities.The potential causes of the resistance behavior are analyzed from the two states.Then There are three types of student's resistance behavior:resistance,adjustment and silence.The first manifestation is resistance,verbal conflict and appeal to the teacher;The second is the act of pretending to be friendly and physically moving away.The third is the students' insensitive and indifferent attitude.Through interviews,the reasons for students' resistance behavior are summarized:The authority of the management in the college includes the hierarchical management of the student union and the compulsory activity is part of the reasons.At the same time,ordinary students and student cadres are all students.The competition of scholarship,the alienation of the quantitative system,the unfair examination results also lead to the bad company relationship,the difference in treatment also leads to dissatisfaction among ordinary students.Finally,the conflict of student culture is also the cause of the resistance behavior.In a word,the study shows students' resistance behavior.Through the this,we find out how the students are resisting under the control of student cadres,looking for an acceptable living space.Reflect the relationship between resistance behavior and anti-school culture.This article hopes to arouse the students' critical consciousness,and also hope that the school will pay more attention to the students' resistance.
