| School-University Partnership in the field of teaching practice has enjoyed a long history.At the end of nineteenth century,American educator Dewey founded the experimental school,which provided a place for student teachers to make teaching practice.Since the mid-1980 s,the demand for education has been constantly rising.In order to meet the needs of the society,both basic education and teacher education are facing tremendous reform pressures.School-University Partnership has become a hot theoretical and practical subject in the field of education.For example,the USA’s professional development schools and the UK’s “school-based” teaching practice model.In order to meet the demands of educational modernization and high-quality education in the new century,Russia’s universities and schools have also started a series of cooperation.Partnership in the field of teaching practice is an important part of their cooperation.School-University partnership in the field of teaching practice as an inter-organizational relationship construction,the effectiveness and sustainability of the partnership depend on the establishment and improvement of partnership mechanisms between the two parties.Therefore,the core issue to be explored in this paper is: What kind of mechanisms has been established in the Russian School-University partnership to promote the effectiveness and sustainable development of partnership in the new era? According to the research question,the main research method of this article is literature analysis.The historical review,background analysis,practical operation,and effectiveness analysis of mechanisms of School-University partnership require the support of various historical materials,policy documents and institutional reports.In the process of analysis literature also uses a combination of historical analysis and the status analysis as well as the combination of holistic analysis and case analysis in an attempt to better solve the research question of this article.This article mainly from the following six parts to explore:The introduction part mainly explains the origin of the research,and decomposes and clarifies the research questions,including the contents of the literature review and the concept definition and so on;The first chapter analyzes and studies the background and development of School-University partnership in the current teaching practice.Through the analysis of its historical background,social background,theoretical background and the background of subject development,so we can further understand and grasp the deep influence factors of the current mechanisms of partnership and analyze the formation and development of the current cooperation,and further explore the partnership Mechanisms;The second chapter mainly analyzes the Internal operating mechanisms of School-University partnership in the teaching practice from four aspects,including the selection of cooperation partners,the establishment of cooperation objectives,the design of cooperation content,and the definition of cooperation rights and responsibilities,in order to study how does the inter-organizational partnership mechanisms work;The third chapter mainly explains the external guarantee mechanisms of partnership between universities and schools in teaching practice,including legal protection,policy guidance,financial security and supervision and protection,and analyzes the external environment of the smooth operation of the partnership mechanisms in Russian teaching practice;The fourth chapter analyzes the cooperation mechanisms in Moscow State Normal University and 390 school education internship to further analyze how the partnership mechanism operates and plays a role in the actual operation so as to promote the smooth progress of the School-University Partnership and ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of partnership in the field of teaching practice;The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the characteristics of School-University Partnership in the field of teaching practice in Russia at present stage,and enlightens the construction of partnership mechanisms between universities and schools in the field of teaching practice in China based on the research process. |
