Institute-Industry partnership is the inexorable trend of vocational and technical education in the world. The Institute-Industry partnership, which is ability-based and market-oriented, is a win-win practical activity involving all the members of the society and promoting the economic development. As one of the advanced capitalist country, vocational education in Australia has very important function which can not be ignored. Behind the vocational and technical education which is world famous, is the safeguard mechanism based on joint efforts of all the members of society. It is the safeguard mechanism and its well-organized operation that refreshes the blood of the Institute-Industry partnership and motivates it. The safeguard mechanism of Institute-Industry partnership in Australia, from the start to the perfection, gives us many to learn though it is not that perfect.
