Under the guidance of the strategy of invigorating the country by science and education and developing a country with great power,the educational structure system of our country is constantly optimized.A series of laws and regulations have been introduced in succession in order to encourage and protect the development of private education.As an important part of private education,training has made great progress in recent years.A large number of educational and training institutions have been established,of which 99.8% are small and medium-sized enterprises.With the increase in quantity,the competition in the education and training industry is becoming more and more intense.Y education and training company is a company engaged in computer grade training enterprises in the park Longzihu University in the city of Zhengzhou has a certain market share and reputation.However,in the context of the rapid growth of the newly established education and training institutions in Zhengzhou and the common scramble for the source of life,there is no obvious progress in the market development.How to cross a lot of bottlenecks and challenges in the development and keep the relative advantage of the market is the problem that the Y education and training company needs to think about.Making a strategy and functional strategy suitable for the development of the company is an important way to solve the current plight of the Y education and training company.This research mainly includes the following three aspects:First,to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the company through the analysis of the internal and external environmentBy using PEST analysis,five force model analysis and critical success factor analysis,this paper further analyzes the overall status of China's education and training industry from the macro perspective,and makes in-depth analysis of the difficulties and challenges that the company will face in the process of exploration.Two.Put forward the overall strategy of the company according to the internal and external environment analysisAccording to the current situation of internal and external businesses,we use theSWOT model to explore potential capabilities of the company from four aspects,and formulate growth strategy and differentiated development strategy.The growth strategy includes the deep ploughing of existing markets and the development of new markets in new regions.The differentiation strategy includes four aspects,such as teachers,teaching methods,curriculum,classroom arrangement and so on.Three.Put forward five functional strategies according to the overall strategic choiceIn order to facilitate the implementation of relevant strategies,develop relevant strategies: the rich product line;increase the reserve of talents,improve the quality of talents;the original market penetration,continue to develop new markets;enhance customer understanding and communication,improve the service quality;actively construct and publicize the company's brand,increase brand awareness strategy.
