With the rapid development of economy,the desire and national demand for talent,has become one of the most important issues and the cradle of training college as the teachers as the key subject of education,the state of teachers' performance appraisal work more and more attention.Has been among the major universities have competition,university competition the most important aspect is the effectiveness of teaching,the key and guarantee to improve the quality of teaching teaching results in the formation of an efficient,in line with the school development team of teachers,teachers become each college priority,and the performance appraisal of teachers is the most important the way to solve this problem.In this paper,through the research on the performance evaluation of Quanzhou art teachers of Career Academy,the main purpose is to enhance the competitiveness of the Institute,to promote the quality of scientific research and teaching,enhance the ability of teachers,establish workable,objectivity,consistency of the teacher evaluation system,and put forward the implementation of security programs.The analysis method and inductive method,combining qualitative and quantitative method and case analysis method through literature retrieval,the scientific use of the basic principle and method of performance appraisal,starting from the present situation of the performance appraisal of Quanzhou art teachers of Career Academy,to find out the existing problems and reasons and influence factors,design a set of reasonable and effective of the arts and crafts of Quanzhou Career Academy the teacher performance appraisal system,including appraisal subject,assessment methods,assessment criteria,assessment indicators,assessment content,assessment cycle,assessment objectives,teachers' job analysis,feedback system and other content.In recent years,due to the continuous enrollment expansion of Quanzhou arts and crafts Career Academy,the shortage of teachers in the college has appeared,resulting in the weakness of teachers' practical ability and the shortage of full-time teachers,which has affected the quality of teaching.Scientific and reasonable teacher performance appraisal can not only improve the overall quality of teachers,promote the realization of strategic development goals,but also enhance the competitiveness of teachers.Therefore,the college teachers' performance appraisal work is extremely important,for the establishment of a set of performance appraisal system of teachers in Career Academy of Quanzhou arts and crafts and perfect,the primary school to solve the problem has become.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current performance evaluation system of Quanzhou arts and crafts Career Academy,the paper finds out the existing problems and causes of the problems,and designs a set of assessment system according to the characteristics of Quanzhou arts and crafts Career Academy teachers.
