Improvement Of Employment Management And Service Platform For Colleges And Universities In Shandong Province

With the rapid expansion of the number of university graduates,college graduates' information management work is gradually aggravated.In the past,college graduates' information management has been a simple manual management mode with heavy and inefficient work tasks and great shortcomings.The computer management information system for college graduates unified management information has many manual management incomparable advantages.In this context,the improvement of college employment management and service platform and the development of graduates 'employment information management system are particularly important.It can realize the function of centralized management,maintenance and real-time inquiry of graduates' data and information,so as to enhance the graduation of college graduates information management efficiency and quality.Based on the research of related literatures both at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the status quo of employment information management of graduates in Shandong colleges and universities by means of investigation,literature research and case study.Taking Shandong Province University Graduates Employment Information Network and the representative colleges and universities of the province as an example,the status quo of the employment information system of colleges and universities in Shandong Province has been studied.Then,on this basis,this paper studies the problems of employment management and service information in colleges and universities in Shandong Province.Through the development and application of employment management and service system in Shandong GL university,we can verify whether the information system can optimize the employment of colleges and universities and improve the work efficiency.As I work in the employment department of colleges and universities,and participated in the employment management and service system design and development,control system before and after the use of comparative data,research in this area more operational and accuracy.Through the author's summary of the current research results,the author analyzes the future development of employment,the author believes that the future employment management and service system will pay more attention to the data,pay attention to the value of data,through the integration and analysis of employment data to guide the employment of colleges and universities.The development of work provides scientific data support for the allocation of admissions plans,discipline construction,professional settings,personnel training and employment guidance.Finally,through the study of employment management and service platform in Shandong Province,I hope to give priority to the importance of employment management and service system in employment in Shandong colleges and universities so as to design,develop,construct and maintain employment service platform and system.Provide reference and reference significance,and then promote the employment of colleges and universities in the process of information.
