Design And Research On The Service Platform Of Taiqing's Studying And Employment In The Mainland

With the rapid development of China's economy and even becoming the world's second largest economy,more and more Taiwanese young talents have entered the mainland for employment development.At the beginning of 2018,the mainland issued 31 policies on the promotion of cross-strait economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation,and further provided preferential treatment for Taiwan compatriots to study,start,work and live in the mainland.The mainland's Huitai policy will attract more and more Taiwanese youth to study and find employment.However,due to historical reasons,there are still many differences in ideology,cultural habits,laws and regulations between the two sides of the strait.This has made Taiwanese young people face many problems such as information,contacts,systems and competition in the process of entering the mainland.The development of rhythm is integrated.In order to enable Taiwanese youth to obtain better development opportunities on the mainland,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable service platform for them to study and find employment in the mainland.This paper firstly studies the historical documents and current affairs of Taiwan's youth development on the mainland,and summarizes and sorts out the problems encountered by Taiwanese youth in the mainland.Secondly,from the perspective of user experience design,the author analyzes the current network platform that serves the development of Taiqing in the mainland,analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the service platform,and at the same time,the author uses the user in-depth interview method and the questionnaire survey method.The quantitative and combined research method conducts user research on Taiwanese youth who are studying for employment in the mainland.Through the survey results,the typical target person role of the service platform is constructed,and the user demand of the Taiwan youth service platform for studying and employment in the mainland is exported.Thirdly,through the relevant research and output user demand in the early stage,the author put forward four design strategies for the service platform for Taiwan youth to study and employment in the mainland.Finally,based on the design strategy and the theory of user experience design,the author carries out the design practice of the service platform for Taiwan youth to study and employment in the mainland,and plans the promotion of the service platform.
