Study On Construction And Management Measures Of The Employment Service Information System Of JXTCMST College

With the advent of globalization and knowledge economy era, informationization is increasingly recognized by the whole society. People begin to realize that informationization, as a kind of strategic resource, is playing a more and more important role in the process of pushing the development of economy and our whole society forward. It is pointed out in "National medium and long-term Educational Reform and Development Program" that we should fasten the informationization of education; Put education informationization into the development policy of national informationization and deploy education information network in advance; strengthen the development and employment of high quality education resources; Strengthen the building of Internet education resources database; Intensify the employment of information technology. Under this circumstance, how to take advantage of informationization, networking and other high-tech means to help do work related to graduates employment becomes a very hot subject, which has much to do with the vitality of any college or university. Therefore, studying the informationization of the employment service system of independent colleges is much significant for their development.Based on the many years practical work experience in college graduate employment of the author, taking Jiangxi University of TCM Science and Technology College as the research object, this article tries to propose specific programs and designs for the management informationization of the employment service system of JXTCMST College. In addition, it also proposes related measures to ensure the successful implementation of those programs and for other independent colleges'reference.
