In recent years,public health events have accounted for an increasing proportion of hot social events,and online public opinion analysis has become one of the academic research hotspots in this field.The sudden outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in December 2019 has become a large-scale public health emergency in our country and the world.The type and time period of the incident have shown certain particularities.During the COVID-19 epidemic,due to travel restrictions for epidemic prevention,the Internet has become an important social channel for most people to obtain information.Weibo,as the main social platform,has more than 100 million daily active users,which has become a cradle for the breeding of online public opinion.In view of this,this article takes the Weibo fake mask incident as an example,uses octopus reptiles,pycharm and other tools for data collection and statistical analysis,combined with crisis life cycle theory,Maslow demand motivation theory,literature survey method,content analysis method,The case analysis method and many other theories and methods have carried out research and analysis of the evolution path and influencing factors of online public opinion under the new crown epidemic,and put forward the problems and response strategies.The main research work and results include:1、Taking the fake mask incident on the Weibo platform under the new crown epidemic as the case object,using the Weibo user name,blog post content,release time,likes,reposts,and comments as the collection indicators,through the Octopus and Houyi collectors Obtain the relevant data on the Weibo platform and perform data preprocessing,laying the foundation for subsequent research.2、Based on the crisis life cycle theory,the public opinion cycle is divided into four stages: the incubation period,the spreading period,the outbreak period,and the recovery period.Using Maslow’s demand theory as the internal theoretical basis for analyzing the public opinion performance of netizens on fake masks,the network public opinion is constructed.The evolution path analysis model uses word cloud analysis technology to analyze the content of data at different stages,digs out the corresponding key information and the main opinions of netizens,analyzes the characteristics of each stage of the evolution path,and provides a basis for subsequent influencing factors extraction.3、Aiming at the fake mask incident,this article based on 2 which proposes an analysis from the characteristics of each stage of the evolution of online public opinion and extracts six main factors that affect the evolution of fake mask public opinion: netizens,opinion leaders,relevant government agencies,media organizations,and types of public opinion events,The time when the public opinion occurred,and a detailed analysis of each type of factor.4、Through the empirical analysis of the public opinion incident of fake masks on Weibo,the main problems faced by the current online public opinion are summarized,and countermeasures to improve the governance of public opinion are proposed,in order to provide a reference for the analysis and governance of our country’s online public opinion. |
