Research On The Quality Of Statistical Data Based On Theater Theory

Statistical data is the information window for the economic and social development of the country.After China's entry into a new era,the demand for statistical data is increasing.In recent years,the quality problems of statistical data have occurred,and the quality of statistical data needs to be solved urgently.The production of statistical data exists in the front desk and backstage,with scenes,actors,performances and audiences,and can be analyzed by theater theory.Statistical data is the result of statistical performance,and the quality of statistical data can be evaluated from the collection,processing and publication of statistical data.Taking the statistical work of district-level as an example,the theater theory is used to establish the model.The statistical work of district-level includes the National Statistical Theater and District Statistics Theater at the same time,and the District-level Statistics Theater is the result of performance appraisal.From the four aspects of statistical work environment,statisticians,statistical data production,statistical data usage and the corresponding elements of theatre,the present situation of district-level statistics is analyzed.Through analysis,there are some problems in the quality of district-level statistical data: the collection of statistical data is not objective and inaccurate;the processing of statistical data is not reliable and comparable;the publication of statistical data is not timely,incomplete and difficult to obtain.The reasons for the quality problems of district-level statistics are in statistics theatre's scenes and actors.The most important thing is that performance appraisal affects the independence of statistical performance.In order to improve the quality of statistical data,it is necessary to close the District-level Statistics Theater,so that the statistical work will be unified into the National Statistical Theater.The closure of the district-level statistical theatre needs to change the performance appraisal method,and at the same time let the district level statistical work get rid of the interference of the district level government.In the statistics of the rule of law,statistical system and other scenes,the statisticians,such as actors,can also take a variety of measures to improve the quality of statistical data.
