This article uses the "small group lesson" training mode to establish a three-level leap-frog for the 9th grade physical education senior high school entrance examination plus test project,and conducts hierarchical teaching according to the differences in the students' physical fitness.The three-level leap-frog program is one of the nine-grade sports tests.It is a kind of physical activity that requires high physical coordination,lower limb strength,and waist and abdomen strength(waist strength is also called core strength).It is of great significance to develop the physical quality of students in all aspects,especially the strength of the lower limbs and the core strength.In order to improve the student's success in three-level leapfrog performance,in addition to skillfully establishing the technique of three-level leapfrogging,there must be targeted training to strengthen lower limb strength and core strength.Good lower limb strength is the basis for determining the students' standing distance for the three-level frog's long jump.At the same time,good core strength is to ensure the stability of the body when staying in the long jump and ensure the convergence of the entire technical movement.It is also the contraction of the waist before landing to make the jump more effective with Long distance supplements.In addition,good strength is a prerequisite to avoid injury during the training process and the examination process.Good muscle strength can prevent ligaments from pulling when strenuous exercise,and it can also cooperate with ligaments to maintain the stability of the various joints of the body.This article aims to improve the examination of middle school students to determine the three-level leapfrog,the lower limb strength and core strength training as a means of experimental research,in order to provide follow-up to participate in sports examinations to select the establishment of the three leapfrog of the middle school students to provide reference,but also for the struggle in The selection of teaching methods for grass-roots PE teachers and scholars in the sports examination frontline provides a useful basis.This article mainly uses literature research methods,experimental methods,mathematical statistics methods,comparative analysis methods,and other research methods.The subjects of the eighth-ninth middle school ninth grade physical education middle school students in Guangzhou are selected as the experimental subjects,and two classes are randomly selected as the experimental class and the control class.The experimental class used the "style" small group functional training method for a period of four and a half months of training,and the control class used a regular training method for training.After four-and-a-half months of comparative teaching experiments were completed,various indicators obtained were tested,and data analysis and analysis resulted in the following conclusions:(1)After four-and-a-half months of functional training in the small group mode,the experiment proved that the functional training of the small group mode has a significant effect on improving the middle school students' physical performance.Adding small group mode functional training in the training of the entrance examination plays an active role in improving the performance of students' examination results.(2)The factors deciding to establish the grade 3 leapfrog performance are mainly lower limb strength and core strength.Through the development of students' lower limb strength and core strength,students can effectively improve the results of three-level leapfrogging.However,the impact on the performance of men's 1000 m and women's 800 m speed endurance projects is not obvious.(3)After the end of the trial,the performance of each experimental index of the two classes has been improved.The conventional training methods and the functional training methods of the “disposal” small group lesson mode all have the effect of improving the performance of the sports examinations in the middle school,but “the way” Small group lesson mode is more effective.
