Physical education is not only an important part of the students' all-round development,one of the most important contents of the education of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities in recent years in the teaching reform has achieved relatively good results,but also accompanied by many problems.For example,the teaching method is relatively single,the teaching content is difficult to meet the individual needs of students,students the sports curriculum is not high,students' independent and cooperative learning consciousness is poor.Therefore,it requires the teacher to carry on the discussion and improvement for the current development of sports curriculum teaching mode,the problem oriented method is a problem oriented,in small groups as the main form,the cultivation of students' problem solving The use of problem-oriented approach in the classroom can deal with problems in teaching.With the development of information technology and the wide application of mobile communication technology in the field of education,It is of great practical significance to explore the problem-based learning in the mobile internet environment.Based on the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,this paper has carried out 32 hours teaching experiment on 64 students of 2016 class aerobics elective in Guangdong Institute of Finance.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The application of micro course combined with problem-oriented method in the elective course of aerobics can obviously improve the students' physical quality,performance of movement technology and cooperation ability.It is feasible to apply the problem-oriented method in the teaching of aerobics.(2)This paper puts forward the teaching model of aerobics with the combination of micro course and problem-oriented method,which mainly includes the preparatory preparation,the concrete implementation of class teaching and the concrete application process in the classroom,which to some extent verifies the practical significance of its teaching mode.(3)Designing the teaching mode of micro-course combined with problem-oriented method,and applying this method to the specific aerobics teaching.The early stage of the design is analyzed from seven aspects: the choice of teaching platform,the analysis of teaching objects,the analysis of teaching objectives,thedesign and analysis of teaching contents,the analysis of teaching resources,the analysis of teaching environment and personnel support services.(4)The combination of micro course and problem-oriented method can make teachers pay attention to students with different learning levels in teaching,teach students according to their aptitude,and improve the teaching effect significantly.(5)The establishment of WeChat public platform based on micro-lesson can assist aerobics teaching very well.The function of this platform can realize the push of graphics and text,audio and video messages,and can satisfy the teaching of aerobics elective course in colleges and universities.Students said that the design of public platform for aerobics micro course has a high degree of recognition to meet the development of students' personalized needs.
