With the development of our country and the progress of society,the education of higher talents is facing more scientific and comprehensive challenges.It is necessary to implement teaching models and methods that are more in line with the requirements of quality education.The optional course of Aerobics in Colleges and universities should conform to the trend of the times and find new ways of education for the comprehensive development of students' quality.In terms of time and space,micro-lecture itself has three basic functions: pre-class preview,in-class guidance and after-class review and consolidation.In terms of level,strut-based teaching based on constructivism has five basic links: strut-building,situational setting,independent exploration,cooperative learning and effect evaluation.Based on the scaffolding teaching of micro-lecture,using the basic functions of micro-lecture as the means of scaffolding in teaching,Using Scaffolding Teaching as the operation process,helping students to smoothly cross the nearest Development Zone and complete the knowledge construction independently,is a real teaching method that takes students as the main body,and really improves students' ability of self-learning and problem solving,cooperative learning and social adaptability.This paper studies the application of micro-lecture-based scaffolding teaching in aerobics elective course of Southern Medical University.Through literature research,expert interview,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper studies the micro-lecture-based scaffolding teaching method and traditional teaching method before and after the experiment.Statistical analysis was made on the differences of the effects.The conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,the teaching situation of aerobics elective course in Colleges and universities in Guangdong Province.There are some problems,such as single teaching method,low utilization rate of teaching resources,outdated teaching content and subjective evaluation of teaching,which limit the development of Aerobics project in Colleges and universities.(2)Scaffolding teaching based on micro-lecture is conducive to improving the classroom and after-class learning atmosphere.The improvement of students' basic physical qualities such as flexibility,strength and endurance is better than traditional teaching.(3)Scaffolding teaching based on micro-lecture can improve the quantity and quality of students' self-regulated aerobics exercise,and the improvement of students' specific physical quality is higher than that of traditional teaching.(4)Scaffolding teaching based on micro-lecture can improve students' subjective initiative in learning skills from three aspects: pre-class,in-class and after-class,and can better improve the quality of complete sets.(5)Scaffolding teaching based on micro-lecture is beneficial to improve students' autonomy and enthusiasm in Aerobics learning,and to improve the teaching content of students' cooperation in completing the complete set of Aerobics movements.
