| "Micro-class technology" is a new teaching method and means,In some colleges and universities sports teaching,it as a teaching tool,to specification display content,time-saving,to stimulate students’ interest and motivation,improve the quality of teaching,However,on the "micro-technology" applied as a study of the teaching method of aerobics teaching very little.Therefore,this study combines the Shaanxi Normal University reform and practice of aerobics course in major of the"micro-technology" studies the application in aerobics special lesson,designed to strengthen classroom content,teaching methods,improving the quality of teaching;Explore the "micro-technology" feasibility of application in aerobics teaching path,focusing on skill teaching effect difference;sports teaching reform for other parts to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference.This study through literature review and expert interviews,questionnaires,experimentation and mathematical methods of statistics and data analysis,micro-technologies in the teaching of gymnastics in major of special conditions,micro-teaching process design and delivery,micro-teaching experiment,three aspects of the study.The first part,system elaborated the theory of micro-teaching,including the characteristics and classification of micro-teaching,application of micro-teaching principles,as well as micro-technology applied in the teaching of aerobics course in major requirements,teaching the advantages,characteristics of learners and teachers teaching in real conditions are analyzed.The second part of micro-teaching resources for design and application of micro-teaching process and resources put in are discussed.Analysis of teaching resources in design learning needs and tasks,video footage selected lesson plans,teaching plans,and video design and production process planning and selection.To adult levels of the national aerobics set micro teaching video courses as the implementation of the case study.The third part,using the method of comparison,"micro-technology" should be used for special studies the teaching of gymnastics in physical education major.In the teaching and learning environment and teaching content,learner characteristics,under the same conditions for a period of 15 weeks of teaching practice,the content of the national aerobics adult levels set.Traditional teaching methods in the control group,experimental group,micro-teaching and teaching effect of the two group comparison,Probe into "micro-technology" applied to specialized aerobics can increase students ’interest in learning,autonomous learning,teaching satisfaction and mastery of the basic skills of aerobics and creation.Results show that:(1)micro technology in aerobics teaching on students’ interest in learning and improved self-confidence is superior to the traditional teaching model is of great help to students’ autonomous learning ability.(2)the application of micro-teaching in gymnastics in major of special course teaching of middle school students in classroom teaching satisfaction than traditional modes of teaching.(3)the application of micro-teaching in gymnastics in major of special course teaching students in the technology to optimize and improve is superior to the traditional teaching mode.(4)the application of micro-teaching in major students in aerobics special lesson teaching presentation ability better than traditional teaching. |
