China is a large country with large population resources. The issue of the relationship between population and labor market, economic growth and social development has always been a long-term focus of economic research. At present,China is experiencing a turning point in demographic transition and a deepening process of economic restructuring.A basic factor in economic development is the population factor. The influence of population factors on the economic development is also complex and diverse. The focus of this article is how the changes in population structure function on the labor market supply and demand structure.According to the United Nations standard on the division of aging,if a country's population of people over the age of 60 reaches 10% of the total population or the elderly over 65 account for more than 7% of the population, then the country already belongs to the aging population,This standard,China is already in an aging society. With the long-term implementation of the family planning policy,as well as social changes and changes in people's concept of birth, many non-married people or the DINK family have further reduced the birth rate.Such a "baby bust" accompanied by "aging" will not only reduce the supply of future labor force, but also bring about tremendous pressure on social aging so as to double the pressure on family retirement, which in turn will only increase the support for the next generation Economic pressure,to further deepen the birth of children. With the deepening of the population aging, the declining birth rate and death rate will increase the proportion of the aging population. The population growth will gradually slow down. The continuous acceleration of aging will make China dependent on the rapid economic development over the past three decades Demographic dividend "has gradually disappeared.Meanwhile, with the continuous development of a declining birth rate, the proportion of the working-age population will start to decline after reaching a peak.In this way,the labor market structure will be affected and needs to be optimized urgently.Up to now,the problem of aging has become obvious to the public, and the problem of fewer children has gradually become the focus of everyone's attention. This article is based on a new normal economic background,a new analysis of the aging problem and the transition of the age structure of the democratization of children to draw relevant conclusions, has important theoretical and practical significance. From a theoretical point of view, this paper attempts to analyze the impact of changes in the population age structure on the labor market structure in the context of the new normal economy. It not only examines the problem of population aging and degeneration but also explores labor supply in the labor market In the practical sense, this paper explores how the changes in the population age structure affect the economy through the labor market Increase, have the profound practical significance to solve the structural contradiction of employment, promote the improvement of employment quality, promote full employment and optimize the allocation of labor resources. In this paper, the research methods, the combination of theory and the reality of the way,the integrated use of the micro and macro analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods, comparative analysis, structural analysis, the content of the study conducted a systematic analysis of deduction and logical induction.Starting with the explanation of the important concepts involved in the essay, this paper describes the characteristics of the current population age structure transformation and the development of the new economic normality. It analyzes in detail the current status and reasons of the "aging" and "baby bust" forms of the population age structure.Discuss the current age structure of the population and how the new normal economy will affect the labor market structure. In view of the current impact of the "aging" and "substandard" population of the Chinese population on the labor market supply and the demand of the new economic normal on the labor market,we analyze the correlation between the comprehensiveness and the labor market supply-demand structure and extend it to explore the real labor force The corresponding structural problems exist in the market and discuss what kind of response policies and measures should be taken in response to such problems. Therefore, the whole thesis is composed of six chapters with the logic of asking questions, analyzing problems and solving problems. The research contents are summarized as follows.Chapter 1: Introduction. This chapter first introduces the background and significance of the thesis topic selection, combing the relevant literature at home and abroad and gives the literature review and brief comment;then introduces the research content and ideas of this article;finally gives the research methods and points out the possible innovation and inadequate.Chapter 2: Theoretical Basis and Analysis Framework. This paper chooses the theoretical basis of the research subject analysis, that is,summarizing and summarizing from the aspects of population, employment, labor market, human capital and labor migration respectively, and gives the corresponding analytical framework accordingly, which is the outline of the core of the full text research and the basic technical route.Chapter 3: Constraints of China's Population and Resources and the Changing Tendency of Labor Market Structure. This chapter focuses on the realistic description of the age structure of the population coexisting with the current "aging" and "declining birthrates" in China and briefly discusses the causes of the changes. In addition, this chapter also analyzes the historical evolution of the labor market and analyzes the supply and demand in the labor market.Chapter 4: Theoretical Interpretation of the Influence of "Aging" and "Child-oriented" on the Structure of Labor Market. This chapter focuses on the theoretical analysis of the research topic of this article, which is the key part of the dissertation. It analyzes the impact of economic development on labor demand under the new normal background and the effect of population age structure transformation on the supply of labor force, and makes a comprehensive match to explain the mechanism of labor market mismatch.Chapter 5: An Empirical Analysis of the Impact of "Aging" and "Child-oriented" on Labor Market Structure. This chapter is an empirical part of this article, focusing on the economic development and population age structure changes in the labor market measurement model and empirical data validation in order to corroborate the establishment of theoretical and theoretical explanations.Chapter 6: Research Conclusions and Policy Suggestions. This chapter firstly summarizes the research contents and extracts the conclusion of the full text.On the basis of this,it gives the corresponding industrial policy, population policy and social security policy to solve the structural unemployment in the labor market due to the age structure variation of the population.Combining the two perspectives of aging and declining birthrate, this paper explores the impact of population resource constraints on the labor market structure, which is an important complement to the existing literature. That is to say, from the perspective of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper analyzes in depth the positive effects of economic growth on labor demand and the negative impact of changes in the age structure of the population on the supply of labor under the new economic normal. That is to say,on the one hand,China's economy At the early stage of development and transformation and upgrading, the organic composition of corporate capital has not generally increased. In other words, the transition of the "demographic dividend" economy is still undergoing a transitional period. The demand for labor during this period still requires simple operation with relatively low technological content Labor force and ordinary mechanics. On the other hand,"aging" reduced the supply of low-skilled labor such as low-end labor, especially migrant workers. The effective implementation of the national policy of family planning led to an increase in the human capital level of the "one-child" working-age population. This presents a problem of labor mismatch among "labor shortage","shortage of skilled workers" and "difficulty of finding employment for college graduates" in the labor market. This also urgently needs to go deep into the mechanism of action, and on this basis, give relevant policy recommendations. Therefore, the possible innovations of this article lie in combining the current new normal economic background of China with the transition of population age,and combining "aging" with "declining birthrate" rather than just "aging" To analyze the impact of changes in population resources on the labor market. That is,to study the effect of economic growth on the labor market demand and the age structure of the population on the matching effect of the labor market supply. In the impact of changes in the population age structure on the labor market, not only "aging" and "declining birthrates" are considered, but labor is reduced The supply of age population, taking into account the accumulation of human capital level, elaborates that "aging" and "declining birthrates" have a profound impact on the quality of labor supply in the labor market.
