The development of students' core accomplishment is a new requirement for national education and talent cultivation in new era.From the selection of core accomplishment system to the promulgation of new curriculum standards,more than three years have passed.And the problem presented is the derailment of theoretical research and practical operation.Instructional design as a discipline that combines both theories and practices can be a good combination of teaching theory and practice.And appropriate teaching design research can effectively implement the training objectives of students' core accomplishment.This dissertation is based on geography disciplines and takes core accomplishment as the basis.Based on the investigation and analysis,it analyzes the related theories and contents of core literacy and geographical core literacy,and deeply studies the theoretical basis of the teaching design of geographic core literacy,and puts forward the foundation of geographical core literacy.The research perspectives of the pedagogical teaching design include the human-oriented education orientation,contextualized teaching design,and experiential teaching design.Based on this research perspective,this paper proposes a strategy for the design of geographical core accomplishment teaching system from the three aspects of the teaching objective system: the teaching process system;the teaching evaluation system,and refines the teaching design principles for the development of students' geographical core accomplishment.And conducted action research with the implementation case of “Soil and Water Loss and Control in the Loess Plateau”.
