Basic education has entered a "national curriculum,local curriculum,school curriculum" three management stage in China.What kind of school-based curriculum development is more beneficial to students,schools,teachers trinity of development becomes the focus of attention of school teachers.In recent years,a number of schools developed a number of Chinese school-based curriculum on the basis of its own characteristics.The vast majority of these curriculum focus on students' reading ability and culture to develop,but oral communicative competence which is crucial to students' lifelong was rarely care.This paper is committed to developing the school-based curriculum about students' oral communicative competence.The basic meaning and value of Chinese school curriculum development is explored on the basis of in-depth research.Development process emphasizes openness,innovation,inheritance and the features of Chinese.Thesis theme on “Language Art in Interpersonal Communication” in Lanzhou Foreign Language Secondary School,descript the background,goals,content selection and curriculum of oral communication development.Through effectiveness evaluation and discussion,the curriculum development and the implementation process of sublimation and extend the benefit to continue to improve and enhance exchange.So far,this school-based curriculum has been successfully written a textbook named "Language Art in Interpersonal Communication",it was elected to the LFLSS school-based curriculum series,and it was offered to first-year high school.The paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter describes the origin of school-based curriculum and it's research development,the second chapter discusses the connotation,values and principles of Chinese school-based curriculum development,the third chapter shows the entire process of an actual case-based curriculum development of oral communication,the fourth chapter discusses the problems and improved methods of the case,the fifth chapter concludes the paper.
