With the continuous improvement of educational level in our country,the knowledge workers with college diploma or above have become the mainstream of enterprise recruitment.which is different from that of non-knowledge workers,They are very different from each other in terms of their level of education,their ideological state and their needs for their own development.Previous studies have shown that when people work in a match.Employees are more likely to gain positive feelings in their work life and realize their own perception of happiness.Therefore,driven by the need for happiness,when employees work in the same position for a period of time,when there is burnout or other negative emotions,there will be a strong desire for a job crafting.Therefore,this paper studies the relationship between the fit of people and jobs and the sense of happiness of the employees with college degree or above in modern enterprises.And take the job crafting as the intermediary variable,explores the relationship between the three.This thesis includes six chapters.The first chapter: introduction.Including the research background,research significance,research content and structure,research methods,innovation.Chapter two: related theoretical research,including self-efficacy theory.Demand-motivation-behavior theory,knowledge workers related theory research,person-job fit related theory research,job crafting related theory research,well-being related theory research,Summary.Chapter three: theoretical hypothesis.Including theoretical basis,research hypothesis and model construction.Chapter four: research design.Including questionnaire design and distribution.Measuring tools.Chapter five: data analysis.including descriptive statistical analysis Reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,job crafting and the mediating effect test of each dimension,conclusion and summary.The sixth chapter: research conclusions and suggestions,including research conclusions,suggestions and research deficiencies.Based on the theory of self-efficacy and the theory of demand-motivated behavior,this thesis finds that the degree of person-work fit of knowledge workers is significantly positively correlated with the behavior of job crafting.At the same time,job crafting plays an intermediary role in the relationship between person-work fit and happiness of knowledge workers.The following conclusions are drawn by using SPSS19.0 and AMOS22.0 analysis software: person-work fit and job crafting and their dimensions.There was a significant positive correlation between the two groups.Job crafting and its dimensions were significantly positively correlated with the well-being of knowledge workers,while job crafting and it's other dimensions were both play an intermediary role in the relationship between person-work fit and the happiness of knowledge workers.
