With the progress of the times and the development of economy, the post-80s knowledge workers have gradually become the core force and mainstay of enterprise development. With the growth of reform and opening-up,they have a better education environment and growth environment. They have not only the self-confidence of the new generation, but also the unique characteristics of freedom and resignation in the period of reform and opening-up,which are embodied in their work. For the need of a high degree of freedom, the realization of self-worth,more sense of acquisition and so on.With heroic feelings and strong self-confidence,they are naturally in the position of senior managers in enterprises, but because of this unique feature, managers often fail to accurately grasp the thinking, behavior and values of post-80s knowledge workers in modern enterprise management, which also leads managers to fail to understand the pressure of post-80s knowledge workers, and thus fail to pinpoint them.Sexual incentives have led to serious incidents such as ZTE executives jumping from buildings and committing suicide. In summary, this paper will take the post-80s knowledge workers as the object of study, and then look for their incentives and carry out specific practical analysis. In theory, scholars at home and abroad have studied the post-80s knowledge-based incentives, the motivation problem of knowledge workers mostly looked from the perspective of management, and regards employees as individuals in the production process, but not the social people in the social system and social structure.Generally speaking,post-80s workers with knowledge have high education level,high-value pursuit characteristics and more free and independent personality. The original incentives only value the material level of employees, and only carry out simple material incentives or instill chicken soup for the soul, resulting in poor incentives within the enterprise. In summary, the traditional knowledge-based employee incentives can not meet the needs of the modern post-80s knowledge-based employees, which requires the involvement of corporate social work.Corporate social work is a professional assistance for enterprise employees,it has unique professional advantages such as humanization, individualization and specialization. This can effectively stimulate the post-80s workers with knowledge, and help them return to normal life and working status. The author interned in an enterprise in Xi'an,Shaanxi Province, and found that the client Mr.Chen whose work is negative, and communication with his family has obstacles, which has affected his normal life and work.Through the investigation and study of the client and his living environment,it is found that he has inner anxiety, lack of self-confidence,and poor communication with surrounding groups and enterprises. This is also the reason for the above problems. Therefore, the author believes that the client's ecosystem has some problem. Therefore,in this study, the author decided to use the ecosystem theory as a guide to intervene in the micro, meso and macro system levels,to carry out casework intervention, and to restore him to the original life and working status while motivating the client. After completing the above-mentioned casework intervention activities, the social worker also tracked the results of the follow-up work and living conditions of the client.Through the intervention of social work,it is found that the humanized service concept, professional service mode and diversified service content of casework have obvious advantages in the application of the knowledge-based post-80s workers'incentives. In this study, the inner anxiety and mental stress of the client's were alleviated, the relationship with family and colleagues was restored and more intimate, and the enthusiasm and efficiency of the work were significantly improved. However, there are also some shortcomings.Because there are some problems in the service process, such as value involved, limited practical skills, and the lack of experience of the author's,it will have an impact on the decision-making of the client, which will suppress the client's own ideas to a certain extent.
