The teaching style is the embodiment of the individualized teaching and it’s also one of the signs of teacher professional development.The teaching style is the comprehensive embodiment of education thought,teaching viewpoint and personal style,and these must be related with the teacher’s previous experience.Therefore,this study attempts to study the teaching style from the perspective of life history.The teaching style of the teacher who teaches Chinese in primary school is summed up by the non-participatory observation.Then the teacher’s life stories are collected through interviews,to explore the key events that influence the teaching style.Through the classroom observation of the teacher,it is found that the teaching style of the teacher is emotional,includes three aspects,we summarizes them as “truly feeling,broadly knowledge,enjoyably communication”.Analyze these stories of the teacher,found that there are five key events influence the teacher,including she aspire to be a teacher when she was a child,teacher’s privilege and trust in school,feel the stones and cross the river when she was just a teacher,reflection and growth in the teaching process of ten years,easygoing and loving personality.The influence of these experiences on teacher’s teaching style is reflected in the following aspects.Education feeling is the premise for teachers to form teaching style;the companionship of the teacher gave birth to the germ of teaching style;practice and reflection determine the shape of teacher’s teaching style;personality traits influence the type of teacher’s teaching style.This article mainly includes the following five parts:The first chapter: introduce the concept and the type of teaching style,and provides a theoretical basis for studying teachers from the perspective of life history.The second chapter: introduce research design and research process,including research object selection,research tool design and the implementation of the process.The third chapter: analysis of the teaching style of the research object,including the type of teaching style of the research object and life experience.The fourth chapter: the factors that influence the formation of teachers’ teaching style are summarized.The fifth chapter: summarize the conclusions of this study,put forward the proposal,and reflect on the whole study.This study hopes to arouse the resonance of teachers through the life stories of the research object,to reflect the teaching style and professional development of teachers.This study hopes to help teachers to cultivate reflective consciousness,finally,promote the formation of teachers’ teaching style.
