| The problem of Learning Spirit in Colleges and universities has been brought into sharp focus in education and society, the learning spirit is not only the essence of the school culture, but also embodies the social status and competitiveness of universities, which also determines both the survival and development of colleges and the quality of cultivating talents.The increasing problem of allocating learning resources has put the quality of education into an important position, such as the difficult management, academic anomie and the neglect of students' subjectivity and other issues that are difficult to be balanced. The problem of learning spirit has caused widespread concern. The thesis can explains the meaning of life theory from three different sights, namely, life is the stretch of creativity, life is the stretch of history, and life is the stretch of relationship. The acdemic atmosphere of university is defined from the perspective of life theory. It is the way inspiring creation from teachers and students, it is the unique history and culture of the university and it actually represents the harmonious relationship of students and teachers.The thesis based on a case study of Hunan University, points out the existing problems from the data which analyzed the current situation of academic atmosphere and finding out the reason why there exists so many problems.The current study status of Hunan University goes well, but the freedom of creativity' stretche needs further release, the innovation of historical should be further strengthened, the harmonious relationship between students and teachers should be constructed.The specifical measures and proposals to construct acdemic atmosphere are: releasing the teachers and students' creativities to construct the style of study, promoting the university unique history and culture to construct the style of study, strengthening the inner relationship of students and teachers. |
