With the depth of Chinese curriculum reform,China increasely attaches importance to the depth of classroom teaching activities and the cultivation of the core quality of chinese.The curriculum plan of the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022edition)puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ professional quality.The formation of teaching style not only is one of the important symbols of the high-level Chinese teachers’ professional qualities,but also shows the comprehensive embodiment of teachers’ continuous growth of professional knowledge,and improves teaching skills and display of teaching art.Therefore,the research on the teaching style of outstanding middle school Chinese teachers can promote the development of teachers.For the front-line teacher who works hard,it is great significance to accurately grasp the rule of education,to pursue personalized teaching in the common rules,and to form a unique teaching style.This study taking outstanding middle school Chinese teachers in Hanzhong City as the research object who with rich experience in teaching,outstanding teaching achievements and unique teaching style.Through interviews,classroom observation and case study,formulating the case study of top Chinese teachers and giving a summary of their teaching styles and formative stages,which can provide reference and advice to new teachers and help them to improve.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is "the theoretical basis and characteristics of teaching style".This chapter tries to clarify the theoretical basis of teaching style research.Firstly,it discusses the feasibility of teaching style research from three perspectives: humanism theory,constructivism theory and Berliner teacher development theory.Then,it analyzes the characteristics of chinese teaching from three elements: a return to real,enlighten and seek beauty.Finally,it expounds the characteristics of Chinese teaching style from three dimensions: the unique personal charisma,the high passion for life and the poetic creation of teaching.The second chapter is "investigation and research on teaching style of famous Chinese teachers in middle school".Through the interview and questionnaire survey of middle school teachers and students in six schools,combined with author’s own observation and experience.It is found that the first-line chinese teachers have a certain understanding of the concept,type and the formative stages of "teaching style".With the growth of teaching years,the comprehensive performance and understanding of teachers are more accurate and profound.The results show that teaching style not only establishs students’ good learning environment but also affects students’ thinking quality and personality development.Therefore,teachers should achieve self-breakthrough and form a unique teaching style.The third chapter is "the formation factors and development stages of teaching style".This chapter analyzes the influential factors of the teaching style of outstanding Chinese teachers in middle school,which lays the construction of style formation strategy system on preparation.Firstly,it should be clarified that the teacher himself is the main factor influencing teaching style,and the objective environment is an important factor influencing teaching style;Secondly,analyzing the factors that influence the formation of teaching style of outstanding chinese teachers.That is,teaching personality and teaching emotion form a style.Teaching language and rhythm are forms to express teaching style.Teaching tact and aesthetic taste promote the formation of style;Finally,dividing the formation stages of teaching styles based on the growth experience of famous teachers is helpful for teachers to classify the stages and regulate the growth strategies.The fourth chapter is "the case presentation of the teaching style of famous Chinese teachers in middle school".based on the classroom observation and case analysis of four outstanding Chinese teachers,which presents the individual teaching style of Hanzhong outstanding Chinese teachers.The teaching styles of the four outstanding Chinese teachers divide into different types:solemn and elegant,pure and unadorned,emotional and rational.It describes four perspectives about personalized teaching concepts,teaching organizational forms,teaching languages and classroom atmosphere to depict different styles of Chinese outstanding teachers.The fifth chapter is "the enlightenment of the teaching style of the famous middle school Chinese teachers to the growth of novice teachers".combining the influential and formative factors of teaching style,which provides useful strategies for new teachers to form teaching styles.This chapter provides targeted strategies to help the new teacher who is based on the entry-level stage to discover and build their own teaching personality and form their own unique teaching style.
