Enterprise human resource management is an important basis for promoting the strategic business activities of enterprises,and the company’s talent recruitment is the basic function of human resources,whether the management system is perfect,affecting the core competitiveness and sustainable development of the entire enterprise,a scientific and efficient operation of the recruitment work of an enterprise,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the various work of the enterprise.Nearly 50 years of reform and opening up,the domestic talent structure has also undergone major changes,but the recruitment management work of most enterprises in China at this stage has not changed with the progress of the times,and it is still stuck in the old set of traditional personnel management,and there is a lack of understanding and learning of current human resource management.As a result,a series of recruitment tasks are difficult to perform efficiently.Enterprises in the current market environment should start from their own corporate culture,corporate values and other characteristics to continuously optimize human resources work and recruitment work.Casual employee recruitment will not only affect the difference in talent structure within the enterprise,but also waste the company’s human resources.Using scientific human resource management theory as a guide to build an employee recruitment system suitable for the sustainable development of enterprises is a topic that enterprises must face in human resource management.Since the expansion of college students in China in recent years,the number of college graduates has gradually increased every year,coupled with the bad impact of the epidemic,resulting in unprecedented difficulties in college students’ job search and employment,affected by this,college students who originally planned to work were forced to choose vocational education to improve their competitiveness.Company HE is an education company founded in Beijing in 2005,the company takes vocational examination training as the core,and its main business includes civil service examination,teacher qualification certificate and recruitment examination,public institution recruitment examination,study abroad training,etc.Since its inception,Company HE has been adhering to the self-development of examination training materials,constantly innovating and exploring the form of teaching,with years of industry accumulation,providing important industry products for vocational education,and is also an important participant in the formulation of related industry service standards.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the market,the industry competition is also intensifying,the education and training industry is to win with "people",talent is the most important capital of enterprises.Company HE’s vision is to become a leader in the industry,in order to achieve this vision as soon as possible,Company HE’s desire for all kinds of talents is increasing,so that the company’s original human resource management system is somewhat weak.Through the study of talent recruitment theory,taking Company HE as the research object,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,this paper analyzes the employee composition and educational background of Company HE,studies the current recruitment status of Company HE,and discusses the existence of the company in the recruitment system Under the guidance of relevant theories,we have conducted analysis and research on relevant problems and put forward some countermeasure suggestions.This paper first describes the significance of the research and the main research methods,and proposes the framework of ideas adopted by the institute.Then,combined with the relevant theories of employee recruitment management,through interviews,questionnaires,statistical analysis and other methods,the recruitment,selection,recruitment and evaluation of its employees were specifically analyzed.Through the analysis results,we found some problems in the current recruitment system of Company HE,including inconsistent recruitment standards,irregular recruitment processes,single recruitment channels,and inadequate evaluation of recruitment effects.On the basis of statistical analysis,the recruitment system is analyzed,and under the guidance of employee recruitment management theory and relevant experts,the company’s current staff recruitment system is improved.Secondly,in order to ensure the implementation of the optimization plan for the recruitment of employees of Company HE,according to the specific conditions of Company HE,carry out basic work,strengthen human resources development,improve the management level of the recruitment team,and improve the professionalism of recruiters.The last chapter of this article is a comprehensive summary of this study,lists some of the main problems found in the recruitment management of Company HE through the research and analysis,and gives targeted suggestions for the solution of related problems.The recruitment quality of employees directly affects the future development of the enterprise,and if a company wants to maintain its core competitiveness,Acquiring high-end talent is a key part.Through the research of this paper,the problems and solutions of Company HE in recruitment are proposed,hoping to provide help for the improvement of the company’s recruitment quality,and also provide reference for the solution of recruitment problems in the same industry.
