| In the past two years,F company has more and more competition pressure about outsourcing recruitment service project.For example,client has higher requirement about supplier’s service cost,outsourcing employees on-boarding time and position standard.At the same time,for the supplier,human resourcing company,they do not have a lot of resume’s resource and the interview passing rate is not high enough.So,it is very urgent for the human resource company to take deep research and analyze for the outsourcing employee recruitment system.The thesis use case analysis method to study F company recruitment process and system through the interview of recruiter,research of outsourcing employees.This thesis found that there are some insufficient of F’s company recruitment system,including unclear job requirements,lack of employee care,long recruitment cycles,few resume resources,and lack of interview guidance.Based on above insufficiency,considering world technical environment and the big data,internet+ background,this thesis arise the optimization suggestions,involved upgrading the company strategic,increasing the resource investment,improving the accuracy of job responsibilities,improving communication skills,and enhancing self-innovation.In addition,in order to ensure the optimal implementation of the outsourced employee recruitment system execute smoothly,this thesis advise to take some reliable measures to ensure remitting the optimization implementation resistance,such as company F’s strategy,regulation,culture,human performance,resources,etc..This thesis and it’s research conclusions will provide useful reference for the promotion of outsourcing staff recruitment of other similar companies. |
