| Private education is an important component of China’s education and provides a useful supplement to the development of education.The primary and secondary school off-campus training institutions,as the main force of private education and training forces,have made important contributions to the development of the training industry.However,with the huge education and training market getting more and more popular,various training institutions have emerged one after another,and problems such as disorderly competition and non-standard education have become prominent.It is imperative to work together from the government,institutions,and society to strengthen governance.The private training institutions for primary and middle school students in Hohhot are the subjects of this study.Through research on related documents and field research,literature research methods and investigation methods are used to investigate the status quo and development of training institutions in Hohhot.Through the survey,it was found that the private school training institutions outside primary and middle school students in Hohhot have low access thresholds,unsatisfactory institutions,unqualified training materials,courses,single training methods,severe homogenization of training content,large uncertainties in the training of teachers,and teaching.Problems such as uneven service,lack of school culture,etc.In response to these problems,the reasons were analyzed from the perspective of government management,training institutions,and society.In order to provide a countermeasure to promote the healthy development of privately-run off-campus training institutions in primary and secondary schools.First of all,at the level of government governance,it is necessary to intensify regulation and control and standardize the education and training market.Secondly,in terms of the organization itself,it is necessary to regulate schooling and strengthen the connotation construction.Finally,in terms of social supervision,the society should raise awareness and play an important role from a social perspective.The supervisory role.The value of the thesis lies in the objective analysis of the development status and causes of the training institutions within the scope of Hohhot,and analyzes the causes from various angles.We have found ways to standardize the development of training institutions for primary and secondary schools,and put forward effective suggestions for training institutions in three areas: government governance,institutional autonomy,and social supervision,and promoted the healthy development of training institutions in primary and secondary schools.It enriched the theoretical research on the issue of training institutions for citizens in Hohhot. |
