In recent years,the frequency of consensus mobilization due to the spontaneousconnection of netizens has been increasing in the social media.Consensus mobilization occurring in the virtual cyberspace also has an important impact on the real society.Due to its powerful information integration and strong interactivity,social media can make mobilization information spread quickly and extensively.It has become a powerful catalyst for consensus mobilization.College students,an active user group of social media,with strong consciousness of rights and participation,are involved in consensus mobilization and have became participants in many hot events.This paper,taking the Sade event as an example,combining social media,mobilization theory and related research,using content analysis and questionnaire survey,analyzes the the effect on college students of consensus mobilization in social media from aspects of cognition,attitude and action.The study found that social media is the mainly origin for college students,and emotional variabe is the most stable factor that stimulate individuals to generate online and offline participation behaviors.Online virtual participation is an important factor in the actual participation behavior under the line.Further analysis shows that the mobilization in social media has a positive impact on college students.Participation behaviors can enhance college students' awareness of "community",online participation behaviors become an important channel for the emotional counseling,online and offline resonance effects can promote college students to participate in politics.However,mobilization in social media may also have a negative impact on college students.The existence of "Information Cocoons" in social media leads to narrower cognition.Carnival mobilization scenes tend to breed the extreme emotions and may further lead to disorderly participation.In view of the above three issues,this paper proposes a strategy of guiding college students to participate in consensus mobilization from the perspectives of the government,the media,and universities.They should enhance information dissemination and public opinion guidance while also monitoring and mediating social media.College students should also enhance their own media literacy and participate in mobilization rationally.
