A Research On The Social Group To Improve The Interpersonal Relationship Of The "Three-no" Elderly

The elderly in pension institutions have low participation rate,little contact with the outside world and poor interpersonal relationship.Some even live alone in institutions for the aged.In the practice of W Social Welfare Home,the author find that the "three no" elderly people are alienated,and the "three no" old people are difficult to get support from the interpersonal relationship.Interpersonal problems have a negative impact on the emotions of the three noes,and reduce the happiness of the three noes.Based on this background,the author decides to intervene in the interpersonal relationship of the elderly through group activities.The author takes the "three noes" in W Social Welfare Home as the service object,uses the observation method and the interview method to carry on the needs assessment,and analyzes the causes of the interpersonal relationship problems from the two aspects of the "three noes" old people themselves and the environment.Carry out group activities under the guidance of activity theory.Group activities with the theme of "contact-communicate-cooperate-cultivate common hobby-emotional experience",gradually increase the interaction between the group members,to help team members to establish good interpersonal relationships.Through the evaluation of the social group,it is found that the social group has some effect in the improvement of the interpersonal relationship of the "three noes" elderly people,and the group members who actively participate in the activities have the most obvious changes in the interpersonal relationship.The interpersonal attractiveness between the social workers and the "three noes" is higher than that between the "three noes" and the social workers are more likely to establish a good relationship with the "three noes".At the same time,the author reflects on the implementation and effect of social groups,thinks that social workers should always uphold professional self,and pension institutions should pay attention to the construction of social workers.
