As the speeding pace of development with industrialization and urbanization, the number of farmers that traditionally cultivated lands as the main living is decline, more and more farmers into cities afford they can engaged in labor is to improve the qualities of their lives. Thus gradually formed such a special group:migrant workers. Behind the special group, because husband and wife one party or both parties in a far from home to take care of their children, so their children were stayed in home, thus derive another special group:left-behind children. Because of parents are not around them that lead to family function is incomplete, children hold no attention and education from their parents, a series of negative psychological and emotions like inferiority, loneliness, lack of sense of security and communication disorders, probably lead them have psychological or other obstacles in interpersonal, and have no communication skills with others friendly. Thus cause them can not adapt to normal social life. Not only is harmful for their studying, life, mental health, but also is adverse for the future normal socialization activities.According to the left-behind children’s interpersonal obstacles, this plan is aimed at helping them learn how to correctly deal with interpersonal, in order to achieve this goal needs to achieve three goals. First, through activities make the team members to strengthen self-cognition, including the advantages and disadvantages, irrational emotions and so on; Second, helping the team members learn the basic skills of communications and rituals, to improve their interpersonal skills; Third, helping them to adopt a positive attitude, resolve the negative emotions like inferiority, having a confident growth. Our activity plans to team work on the form, the form of12left-behind children as voluntary recruitment in XX town junior high school, to make of the growth properties of the social work team. During the summer and winter vacation, we hold the activities. It is five weeks in accumulate, for a total of five days, through the game interaction, sharing exchange and the other ways, seeks to method to resolve their interpersonal skills they lack. At the same time, we take the process assessment and result evaluation as the two types of evaluation, and have a detailed evaluation for the activities. The goal is make every effort to improve the problem and help the practice of the left-behind children’s social work.
