Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Guangdong Sports Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of Mass Creation

With the popularization of higher education in China,the annual enrollment and the number of graduates in Colleges and universities are increasing,and the pressure on Graduates' employment is increasing.In order to adapt to the current situation,the State Council put forward the slogan of "public entrepreneurship and innovation".Therefore,carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education is an inevitable choice for higher education to adapt to the development of the times.As an important part of higher education,how to expand the employment channels and improve the employment rate of sports majors is a problem that we urgently need to study and solve.In this paper,the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used.On the innovation and entrepreneurship education in sports colleges and universities to carry on the investigation and research,to carry out existing problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education,improve the awareness of students,innovation and entrepreneurship plays a very important role to enrich the students' innovative knowledge and develop students' innovative ability of sports colleges to solve.The conclusions are as follows:1 conclusion1.1 the orientation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in sports colleges is not accurate.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is not equal to professional education.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is mainly for responding to the call of the state or simply improving the employment rate of students.In the absence of professional teachers,innovative and entrepreneurial teachers are generally held by administrators or teachers with similar innovative and entrepreneurial disciplines.1.2 entrepreneurship foundation is a national innovation and entrepreneurship course that is required by undergraduate colleges.But in sports colleges,the implementation rate is low.Most of them use career planning as an innovation and entrepreneurship course,and the effect of offering courses is not ideal.The practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in sports colleges is not perfect,only a few students get the opportunity to practice.1.3 half of the students in physical education institutes deviate from the understanding of the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship,which leads to aweak sense of innovation and entrepreneurship.Students' participation in innovation and entrepreneurship education is not active,and innovation and entrepreneurship education is out of touch with professional education.1.4 make clear the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education in sports colleges,learn the advantages and experience of 9 Pilot Universities in China,set up their own management mechanism combined with the characteristics of physical education institutions,and ensure every link of innovation and entrepreneurship education run efficiently.1.5 we should build physical education faculty from the aspect of school level and off campus level,focusing on teacher certification training,encouraging teachers' scientific research,encouraging teachers to participate in entrepreneurial practice and enriching entrepreneurial experience.Outside school level hire successful entrepreneurs from outside school to school.To build a diversified teacher team to guide the students' theory and practice.1.6 construction of a junior,intermediate and advanced "Pyramid" innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system.The junior courses are for freshmen and sophomores.They focus on the cultivation of consciousness and spirit.The intermediate courses are for juniors and senior students,focusing on the improvement of quality and ability.1.7 we should improve the practice link of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the aspect of school level and off campus level,organize entrepreneurship competition plan,enrich innovation and entrepreneurship activities,and increase investment and build business incubation base.Outside the school level,we should strengthen the cooperation with enterprises to build the three-in-one school system of "production,learning and research".1.8 explain the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship for students,correct students' wrong understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship,and strengthen the construction of cultural environment of innovation and entrepreneurship,so as to improve students' awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship.The state and government improve the law of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial motivation for college students to improve their enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship.1.9 we should intensify our efforts in building innovation and entrepreneurship courses,encourage professional teachers to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship education,strengthen teachers' professional knowledge learning,andpromote the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.
