Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Entrepreneurship In Sports Colleges And Universities

This paper is to do a research on the problems of starting business by sports students in Sports Colleges and to find out the obstacles hindering them,as well as the reasons,then it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for students to explore their own business problems,which is of importance to enhance the entrepreneurial capacity.Through literature references,questionnaire survey,interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods this paper is to study the problem of starting business by sports students in Sports Colleges.What’s more,taking the physical education students of Chengdu Sport University as the object of investigation,starting with five entrepreneurial cognitive orientation elements of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial dilemmas and preparation and support needed by the college students,it puts forwards some suggestions.At the same time,through the summary and analysis of successful entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial organizers,and the executives,taking the college students themselves,the higher education institutions,the social environment of the three elements of entrepreneurial activities as the basis for the study of the main problems of college students,it aims to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Students in Chengdu Sport University sports college have the most strong entrepreneurial intention with a higher pursuit of self realization,but their actions are relatively weak;they obsess the in-deep perception to the the quality and self advantages needed in the entrepreneurial process,but lacking of entrepreneurial comprehensive quality;they have a wealth of experience in social practice,but is not enough to meet the needs of entrepreneurial activity;they tend to practical business knowledge learning,but do not pay attention to their own entrepreneurial theory of knowledge.Chengdu Sport University put more emphasis on entrepreneurship education,and are actively preparing the relevant incubator project,for the application of personnel training mode is conducive to students in entrepreneurial activity,but due to the imperfect entrepreneurship education system,it is necessary to optimize and set up entrepreneurship courses,professional entrepreneurship education leads to the lack of teachers,students entrepreneurship education level is not high.The state attaches great importance to the cultivation of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship activities of colleges and universities,but the financial support is not enough.At present,China issued policies to support a large number of students,but has not formed a perfect entrepreneurship policy support system.Though the government actively build service platform for college students,but still can not meet the need to support students’ entrepreneurship activities.According to the above results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems of college students in physical education of Chengdu Sport University from three aspects: University,school and social environment.
