This article uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,experimental methods,data statistics methods,and logical analysis methods to investigate the health behaviors of the middle-aged and elderly population,the fitness methods most popular among middle-aged and older people,and the common chronic diseases among middle-aged and old people.And analysis,combining traditional walking and health-knowledge knowledge,creating and systematizing,and through the guiding ideology,theoretical basis,design principles,exercise hours arrangement,exercise goals,exercise content,and exercise methods for middle-aged and elderly people Such aspects as the design and implementation of health walking,so that this set of training methods can meet the needs of the middle-aged and elderly people,the needs of the market,making it a scientific training method with a theoretical and methodological basis for the guidance of solutions,after the experiment Evaluation.In this study,20 middle-aged and elderly people aged 55-65 years without professional training were selected as the experimental subjects.They took three months of well-being exercise and regular guidance monitoring,and performed various body and body indicators before and after the experiment.Comparative analysis,that is to carry out quantitative evaluation,after the end of the exercise experiment,conducted feedback survey on 20 subjects,that is,qualitative evaluation.Finally,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through comparative analysis of various body indicators before and after the experiment,it was found that the body shape,body function,and physical fitness of the 20 middle-aged and older subjects before and after the experiment were all significantly different.Change,have a good fitness effect,To achieve training goals.(2)Through the test results of various physical indicators before and after the experiment,it can be shown that middle-aged and old-aged health walking can effectively reduce the weight and BMI of the middle-aged and elderly people,reduce the quiet heart rate,increase the lung capacity,and increase the flexibility of shoulder joints.There are some positive effects on the stance of the person sitting forward flexion and standing on one foot,indicating that the training course for middle-aged and elderly people can satisfy the exercise and fitness of the middle-aged and the elderly,prevent the chronic diseases of the elderly,improve the physical ability,and improve the ability of the body's joints.The needs of others,with good fitness effects,meet the expected goals of curriculum design.(3)The training course for middle-aged and old-aged health walking has also played a good intervention effect on the behavior of the subjects,strengthened the health awareness of the middle-aged and the elderly,and promoted the cultivation of good physical exercise behavior habits of the subjects.It also makes them pay more attention to the scientific rationality of sports health and physical exercise.(4)After the end of the experiment,the participants held a positive attitude toward middle-aged and old-age health walking training courses,and had great enthusiasm and determination for continuing to adhere to health and walking,The health knowledge involved in the training sessions was also very rewarding.The training course had the needs and development prospects of the middle-aged and elderly population users.With innovativevalue and significance,it is worth promoting and trying in the physical exercise programs that the middle-aged and older people often participate in.(5)Middle-aged and old-aged health walking is an innovative exercise program that combines traditional health education with sports health care,and integrates vigorous walking and walking.This sport has very low demands on the venue,costs little,and has significant results.It is a campaign beneficial to middle-aged and elderly people recuperating,exercising,improving physical fitness,and comprehensively promoting the concept of health preservation and fitness awareness.
