Objective:Diabetes has gradually become one of the most common metabolic diseases in the world, and the problems of life, work and family have come along. Therefore, this study explores the pair through a combination of aerobic and resistance movements.Whether there are beneficial improvements in body shape indicators, fasting blood glucose and blood lipid related indicators in diabetic patients, whether aerobic exercise combined with anti-resistance exercise is suitable and reasonable for middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, and then compare two aerobic-resistance movements Ways, choose a more effective exercise program, and provide reference for the movement of middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes. Methods:In this study,32 middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in this study.Exercise intervention was performed in 32 middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,11 in high-intensity aerobic combined resistance exercise group, and low-intensity aerobic combined resistance exercise group 11 People,10 people in the blank control group.By querying the literature, the aerobic intensity of the high-intensity aerobic resistance group was 60-70%HRmax,the low-intensity aerobic resistance group was 50-60%HRmax,and the resistance exercise intensity was 60-70%1RM..The selected subjects underwent a 12-week aerobic combined resistance exercise, and the exercise program was selected for the subjects selected in the experiment.Statistics and analysis of each index, different aerobic exercise intensity and the same resistance exercise intensity. After the joint exercise, the exercise effects of different aerobic exercise intensity-resistance movements were compared in the horizontal and vertical directions, and the aerobic-resistance exercise prescription suitable for middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes was obtained. Results:In the two groups of experimental groups, fasting blood glucose, systolic blood pressure, blood lipid index?HDL-C,LDL-C,total cholesterol, triglyceride?and body composition index?body weight,high-intensity aerobic resistance group?.BMI and body fat percentage were significantly different from those before intervention?P<0.05?.The fasting blood glucose, triglyceride,BMI and body fat percentage were significantly different from those before intervention?P<0.01?.There was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and muscle mass, but there was no significant difference?P>0.05?.In addition to fasting blood glucose,HDL-C,triglyceride,body weight and BMI,the low-intensity aerobic resistance group had no other indicators.Statistical difference?P>0.05?.Conclusion:1.Both groups of aerobic combined with anti-resistance exercise can improve the health of patients with type 2 diabetes to some extent.2.This experiment has basically achieved the expected results, and it is concluded that the model of high aerobic exercise intensity combined with resistance training is more effective for patients with type 2 diabetes, and has certain significance for the treatment of diabetic patients and the stability of indicators.3.The movement of the walking rope combined with the elastic rope is safe, simple and effective. It is a sports mode suitable for middle-aged and old people and can be promoted.
