China's sports industry relative to the entertainment industry has a huge potential for development,with the liberalization of national policy,the approval of sports events will be canceled,the original sports as a effective supplement of national fitness activities,is attracting more and more people involved,a creative sports events including the event design,event organization and operation and the three part event marketing.How the organizers should design their own content,how to organize their operation efficiently,and how to sell their products skillfully,innovation is undoubtedly an inexhaustible driving force for the development of a competition.The core of the original sports events is "innovation",and the innovation model is the theoretical basis of "innovation".This article mainly adopts the content analysis method,carries on the statistical analysis from the two angles of design and marketing to the 30 typical original sports events innovation factors in China.From the perspective of design,combined with related theories in sports competition,it is considered that the innovation of internal elements of sports events mainly includes participants,competition rules and rules.The innovation of external elements is mainly tourism,entertainment,charity and so on.Accordingly,a graph model is built from two aspects.From marketing point of view,the traditional marketing theory combined with the application of integrated marketing in the Internet,the marketing innovation elements can be divided into two categories: classic elements and network elements.Based on the two elements of products and consumers,communication,brand,channel,spirit,events,stars,experience and other elements are combined to build a graph model.Therefore,the innovation model(graph model)of original sports events in China is explored.Three conclusions are drawn as follows:The core of the success of the original sports event is innovation,and the innovation model is the theoretical foundation of the innovation.At present,the innovation of original sports events in China is mainly in the two stages of competition design and competition marketing.The innovative elements of China's original sports event design consist of two components: internal components and external integration elements.At present,the main elements of the competition include competition system,rules and venues,and the external integration elements include culture,tourism,entertainment and environmental protection.The innovation model of original sports event design of our country is like Figure 3 in the article.The innovative elements of China's original sports marketing include two categories: classic elements and network elements.At present,the classic elements mainly include products,consumer needs and communication.Network elements mainly include channels,experience and ideas.The innovation model of original sports event marketing in China is like Figure 5 in the article.
