The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Sports Tourism Development In Chizhou,Anhui

As a combination of sports and travel,sports tourism,attracts more and more people to join in with its unique charm.Its value to economy and society is also increasing.Under the circumstances,the government of Chizhou,the city of Anhui province,takes full use of its excellent natural and human resources and a series of organized green sports events,with its convenient local traffic conditions,brings the development of sports tourism into its overall region planning.By this,this study regards the problems that are related to the development of sports tourism in Chizhou as research objects,adapts the regional difference theory,systematic theory,tourist theory,sports behavior and tourism theory as guidance,and methods of literature,expert interview,field survey,questionnaire survey to research.Through the investigation and analysis on current situation of tourists,natives,service agencies,it finds out that the main problems of sports tourism developments are,first,the market has greater limitation in Chizhou,second,products development are scattered and key points are fuzzy,third,hardware facilities are not perfect,forth,supervision of sports tourism scenic spots are not in placed,the quality of employees should be strengthened,fifth,awareness of local residents needs to be increased,residents lack of participation in the behavior and enthusiasm of operation service etc.In order to solve those problems,government should take into consideration that,first,government should increase publicity,strengthen cooperation and develop systematically,second,strengthen brand strategy,promote sports tourism recognition,third,build Chizhou sports tourism products system,forth,increase support by government,build and improve sports tourism facilities,fifth,develop and introduce sports tourism professional person vigorously.
