| With the rapid pace of modern society,many people feel that things are too much to finish.It’s meaningful for everybody to master the skills of time management to deal with their own study,life and work.Secondary Vocational School students are in a very important period of physical and mental development.The way of time management plays an important role in their physical and mental development,quality and skills improvement.This paper takes Kunming Financial and Commercial School students as the research object,using literature research to survey the present situation of the students’ time management、the questionnaire and interview to find the problems and reasons in students’ time management and to put forward some countermeasures to optimize the present situation of students’ time management.This paper mainly includes the following four parts:Part Ⅰ: Introduction.First,list the study significance and the research purpose of the secondary vocational school student’s time management.Second,review and summarize the research situation of students’ time management at home and abroad.Third,define the three core concepts of this study which are secondary vocational school students、time management and secondary vocational school students’ time management and find the supporting theories which are constructivism theory 、meta-cognition theory and management by objective theory.At last,determine the research contents,research methods and research technical routes.Part Ⅱ: Investigation and description.Design questionnaire and interview outline,investigate the students’ time management in Kunming Financial and Commercial School,and form a description of the current situation of students’ time management.Part Ⅲ: Problems and causes analysis.Through the description of the present time management situation in Kunming Financial and Commercial School,the existing problems are described from four respects which are student time management awareness 、 student time management planning 、 student timemanagement control and student time management reflection.Then,analyze the causes from the students and the external environment.Part Ⅳ: Optimization strategy research.To solve the problems of students’ time management in Kunming Financial and Commercial School,the optimization strategy is put forward from the corresponding level.Optimization of time management from students,the students should deepen the cognition of himself or herself,deepen the cognition to the time,deepen the cognition to the time management strategies,accumulate the experience of time management,strengthen the control of time management and strengthen the evaluation and adjustment of time management in time;Optimization of time management from schools,the schools should establish time management training course,carry out time management group guidance,build good environment and strengthen student’s participation management. |
