As we all known,Tibet where most Tibetan have lived for centuries is very important in the development of our national strategy,however,it's lagging-behind in education and lacking of talents impede the economic development of itself and require support from inland with high quality education resources so that imperative talents from all walks of life can get proper training.Inland schools /classes for Tibetan students(ISFTS/ICFTS)in some advanced cities of other provinces emerged as the times require,it is an effective ethnic education policy that fully embodies Chinese equality,unity and common prosperity of various nationalities and shows the superiority of socialism.The first batch of ISFTS/ICFTS was set up in 1985.After 31 years of development,the scale of the schools are increasingly expanding.A lot of talents graduated from the school returned to Tibet and thus have made a positive contribution to the economic development of Tibet.In new era,great changes have taken place in the development of Tibet,so does the management of ISFTS/ICFTS.In order to deepen the ed ucational reform of ISFTS/ICFTS,we need to explore continually new thoughts about the management of students in ISFTS/ICFTS which plays an important role in ISFTS/ICFTS policy.Therefore,the author mainly elaborates from the following aspect.In chapter one the origin,development and present situation of ISFTS/ICFTS research are introduced;In chapter two some fundamental theories about the research are introduced;In chapter three the general aspects of the management of students in ISFTS/ICFTS are mainly talked about;In chapter four the author choose one ICFTS(senior middle school)in Yunnan province as an objective and investigate their students' management;In chapter five,the writer presents some suggestions on how to improve the management of students in ISFTS/ICFTS.As a whole,the author wish to make some contribution to the advancement of the management of students in ISFTS/ICFTS.Since an ICFTS has been running in the author's academy,so she wishes to promote the comprehensive development of students in ISFTS/ICFTS by summarizing the characteristics of their management and enhancing the level of their management.At the same time,this research can also provide a reference for other ISFTS/ICFTS and make some contribution for educational career of all nationalities.
