At present, with the gradual increase of China’s strategic industries, the degree of importance ofnational culture is rising, which directly makes the demand for art talent continuing to expand, and alsocreates a good timing for art students’ own development. With the implementation of quality education ofthe deepening of the social development, the child and the parents of the increasing emphasis oncomprehensive ability also contributes a certain extent of the rising number of art students. How to improvethe training of high quality art students is becoming a new topic management of the high schoolinstitutions.Different from ordinary student, high school art students have their own habits, ideas, psychologicalcharacteristics, etc., which also makes the class teachers of art students to use different the educationalphilosophy of management methods from the ordinary high school students. Therefore, the management ofhigh art students should take full account of the background of the current student population under the ageof features to attention, respecting for differences and being based on the difference. They should have afull understanding of the basis of a rational analysis, developing a scientific reasonable managementstrategy, thus changing the current status of arts management deficiencies exist.In this paper, a case study is used in art class. firstly, researching value, as well as research ideas andmethods are leaded out; Secondly, the theoretical basis for the management of high school art students werereviewed, including the subject of sex education theory, constructivism learning theory, motivation theory,multiple intelligence theory, the school management theory in the theoretical basis are fully studied;Thirdly this article on the problem of high school art students conducts a survey and analysis, includinghigh school art students’ academic level, high school art students personality and psychologicalcharacteristics, high school art students in three major aspects of psychological problems; Fourthly, socialreasons, the school reasons, the students themselves respectively are three reasons for the high school artstudents to produce a detailed analysis of the problem; Finally, from teaching methods, managementstrategy, management science from the school perspective, respectively, elaborates on the basic strategy ofhigh school arts.
