Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Of Science And Engineering Students

In China since ancient times is the spirit of craftsman culture tradition,prime minister Li keqiang spirit revived again in 2016,people once again to view mapped to the craftsmen,carry forward the craftsman strives for perfection,focus,persistence,brave practice,innovation of the noble quality.Through inheriting the spirit of the craftsman,education is devoted to the work,industry and profession,so as to draw a blueprint for the socialist modernization.As college students are the backbone of the socialist modernization in the future,nurturing their craftsmanship is an objective requirement for their own growth and a realistic demand for social transformation and upgrading.Therefore,this paper seeks to examine the current situation of the lack of spirit among students in science and engineering universities and to learn from them.The experience of developing craftsmanship in developed countries is to find ways to upgrade the spirit of artisans in science and engineering.This thesis is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is an overview of the spirit of craftsmen in science and engineering college students.The concept of craftsman and artisan spirit is briefly defined,the characteristics of science and engineering college students and the importance of cultivating their craftsman spirit are explained.The theoretical basis for the cultivation of artisans' spirituality in science and engineering colleges including Marx's practice view and the internalization and externalization theory of ideological and political education.The second chapter is a realistic survey of the lack of spirit of artisans in science and engineering college students.A questionnaire survey of more than 200 students of the Changchun University of Science and Technology found that there are problems in the perseverance of the perseverance of the science and engineering students,the lack of creative spirit of ingenuity,the lack of down-to-earth practice,and lack of enterprising entrepreneurial spirit.After careful study,it was found that the reasons for these problems were the lack of self-control ability and reflective ability of undergraduates,the lack of practical effectiveness of ideological and political education in polytechnic colleges,and the ambiguity of traditional concepts of re-education and light skills,and the dissimilation of social value orientation as both expeditious and limitless.The third chapter is the experience and reference value of developed countries' artisan spirit cultivation.Starting from developed countries such as Germany,the United States,Japan,and Switzerland,we found that their reference values for the cultivation of Chinese craftsman's spirit include the implementation of strict industry standards and regulatory mechanisms,the creation of a social atmosphere that respects the skills of labor advocacy,and the improvement of China's employment system to establish a scientific talent view.Establish a model of love and professionalism.The fourth chapter is about how to cultivate the spirit of artisans in science and engineering colleges.Based on the current situation of the lack of spirit of artisans of science and engineering colleges and the development of the craftsmanship of developed countries,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the cultivation of the craftsmanship of college students of science and engineering,including the principle of cultivating craftsman spirit of college students of science and engineering,strengthening ideological and political education in colleges and universities,creating a social atmosphere of respecting craftsman's spirit,promoting the self-control ability and introspection spirit of college students of science and engineering in an all-round way.
